How do I file a home insurance claim?

If there is a loss to the insured property, please take the following actions promptly:

- Implement all reasonable precautions to prevent further loss, damage, or injury.

- If the loss results from intentional, malicious, or criminal acts, please contact the police immediately.

- Reach out to the claims department as soon as possible.

In Addition, you need to submit your claim application and supporting documents in writing through the member portal within 30 days of the incident or discovery of the loss.

During the claims application process, please keep the following important points in mind:

1. If the incident involves injuries, or if the loss is due to theft, burglary, or robbery, you must report it to the police within 24 hours and provide us with a copy of the police report.

2. Do not dispose of any damaged items until we have had the opportunity to review or approve them. Discarding damaged items without prior discussion with us may result in a denial of your claim.

3. Please refrain from engaging with any third parties or admitting liability without consulting us first.
