Vet clinic network is offered at our absolute discretion, and we may amend, suspend, or terminate the scheme any time without prior notice.

For pets aged 1 or above, eligible medical expenses at network veterinary clinics are reimbursed at 90%, while those at non-network veterinary clinics are reimbursed at 70%. For details, please refer to the policy wordings.
