We don't require any medical examinations for enrollment! You just have to answer a few basic questions about your pet's health truthfully and accurately to the best of your ability.

Pets from 13 weeks to 11 years old of any breed are eligible to apply for a policy, and no microchip number / proof is required upon application.

Yes. You can cancel your Pet CEO Plan® policy as long as no claims have been paid during the current policy period.

If a policy is canceled before the end of the 7th day from the policy start date, we will refund in full:
For example, for a plan bought on 1 June, you can get the full amount back if it is canceled before the end of 7 June.

For cancellations after the 7th day from the policy start date:

You can use VISA, Master, American Express, JCB, or UnionPay credit card to pay your premiums. Apart from that, we also accept payments using Visa debit cards and Debit Mastercards.
