You are eligible to apply for the Pet Insurance Lapse Protection when you are the Policyholder and Insured Person of an OneDegree critical illness insurance policy (this‘Critical Illness Insurance’), have received your first critical illness benefit payment in the policy year, and simultaneously hold an eligible Pet CEO Plan® policy that has been continuously in force for more than 90 days at the time of submitting this Critical Illness Insurance claim and remains effective at the time of claiming the premium waiver. Only one premium waiver may be granted per OneDegree Critical Illness Insurance policy year.
