What qualifies as an eligible Pet CEO Plan® policy?

An eligible Pet CEO Plan® policy must have been continuously in force for more than 90 days at the time of submitting your OneDegree Critical Illness Insurance claim, and must remain effective at the time of claiming the premium waiver.
