If I've booked a Home Maintenance Services, do I need to pay for the repair myself first?

No. We will directly arrange a nominated service provider, including an electrician, plumbing specialist, drainage specialist or locksmith, to provide basic maintenance assistance at your home, with no upfront payment required from you.

However, the Home Maintenance Service does not cover the cost of replacement parts or any additional expenses incurred beyond the scope of basic repair support. These charges must be paid directly by the customer.
