If I hold more than one Pet CEO Plan®, which policy will receive the premium waiver?

If you hold more than one Pet CEO Plan® policy, the most recently issued policy (including renewed policies) that has been continuously in force for more than 90 days at the time of submitting your Critical Illness Insurance claim and remains effective at the time of claiming the premium waiver will be deemed the only eligible policy. Only one premium waiver may be granted per Critical Illness Insurance policy year, and only one eligible Pet CEO Plan® policy's premium will be waived per application.
