If I cancel my Pet CEO Plan®, can I still make a claim under my critical illness insurance policy?

Yes. Irrespective of whether the critical illness policy was enrolled via the Pet Insurance Lapse Protection, it remains an independent and standalone policy. Consequently, claims under the critical illness policy may be submitted separately, subject to the policy terms and conditions.
