If I am diagnosed with a critical illness during the waiting period, will I still be eligible for the Pet CEO Plan® premium waiver? 

No. According to the terms and conditions of the critical illness policy, any critical illness or early-stage critical illness whose signs or symptoms first manifest during the waiting period following the policy effective date is excluded from coverage. Similarly, any critical illness surgery or early-stage critical illness surgery where the underlying cause or trigger first occurs during the waiting period is also excluded. Since a successful claim cannot be paid under these circumstances, the premium waiver clause will not apply.
