What is Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) Additional Coverage?

The optional rider Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) Additional Coverage provides a maximum coverage of up to HK$25,000  for cats aged 1-11 years that have not previously been diagnosed with FIP. This additional coverage allows you to claim 70% of the costs for the prescription medication GS-441524.

Since FIP is an excluded condition under the policy, this additional coverage does not include other medical expenses (such as consultation fees, laboratory tests, and hospitalization), and claims can only be made once in a lifetime. For more details, please refer to policy documents.
