Can I appeal if my claim is rejected?

Yes. We will clearly explain to you the reasons behind our claim decision. If you disagree with the claim decision, please let us know within 60 days from the notice date of the claim decision through email at claims@onedegree.hk with providing reasons for the appeal along with supporting documents.
Our team will look into your case, and we may request more info from you and any related parties to reassess your claim.
