How do I renew my fire insurance policy?

Applicable to policies purchased on or before 20 November 2023: 
We will send you a reminder by email or SMS 3 months before your policy end date. To prevent any lapse in coverage, please complete the policy renewal via the designated link attached in the renewal notice. 


Applicable to policies purchased on or after 21 November 2023: 
Your Fire policy will be automatically renewed after each Period of Insurance. We will send you a renewal notice via email 30 days before the end of the current Period of Insurance, along with the applicable premium rates at that time and the policy terms and conditions. 
*If you need to adjust/ decrease the sum assured during the renewal, please first enquire with your bank and obtain confirmation from them. Then, you may use the new sum insured to complete the renewal procedure online. 
Once you have successfully completed the renewal procedure online, please email us at and inform us about the bank's confirmation regarding the adjusted sum insured. This will enable us to process the renewal of your fire insurance policy efficiently and avoid any delays in the approval process due to necessary follow-ups.
