OneDegree星級毛範生PawBook Tag專屬換領活動條款及細則
《OneDegree星級毛範生PawBook Tag專屬換領活動》（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。此活動日期為即日起至 2026 年 5 月 20 日（「活動期間」）。
1. 參加資格
（i）此活動僅限於活動期間持有有效 OneDegree 星級毛範生會員資格（「參加者」）之人士參加。
（ii）參加者須於活動期間填妥並提交 OneDegree 透過電郵發出之指定換領表格（「表格」）。
（iii）每位符合資格的參加者只限換領一個 PawBook Tag。
2. 獎品
（i）每位成功提交表格之符合資格參加者，將可獲得 PawBook Tag 乙個（「獎品」）。
（ii）獎品將根據表格提供的郵寄地址直接寄出。若因地址不全或錯誤導致寄送失敗，OneDegree 保留取消換領資格的權利。
（iii）獎品不可轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或其他替代品。
（iv）PawBook Tag 數量有限，送完即止。OneDegree 保留在獎品數量耗盡前提早結束此活動的權利，無需另行通知。
3. 個人資料
（i）個人資料之收集： 參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址、郵寄地址及在表格中提供的其他資料。
（ii）收集目的： 收集的個人資料僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放（如適用）及其他行政工作。OneDegree 亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）存儲及保留： 個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（iv）參加者責任： 參加者需確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去換領資格或未能成功接收獎品。
（v）參加者權利： 參加者有權要求：a. 訪問 OneDegree 所持的個人資料；b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料；c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至 OneDegree 的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將盡快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動的資格。
（vi）條款修改： OneDegree 保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過 OneDegree 的網站或書面形式通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
4. 修改及終止
OneDegree 可隨時修改及／或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以 OneDegree 的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
5. 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
6. 適用法律
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄並依其解釋，且參加者須接受香港特區法院的非專屬管轄。
OneDegree Star Pawbassador Exclusive PawBook Tag Redemption Terms and Conditions
“OneDegree Star Pawbassador Exclusive PawBook Tag Redemption” (“this Event”) is organised by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). This Event runs from now until 20 May 2026 (“Event Period”).
1. Eligibility
(i) This Event is exclusively open to individuals who hold a valid OneDegree Star Pawbassador membership (“Participants “) during the Event Period.
(ii) Participants must complete and submit the designated redemption form (“the Form”) distributed by OneDegree via email during the Event Period.
(iii) Each eligible Participant is entitled to redeem one (1) PawBook Tag only.
2. Prize
(i) Each eligible Participant who successfully submits the Form will receive one (1) PawBook Tag (“Prize”).
(ii) Prizes will be mailed directly to the mailing address provided in the Form. OneDegree reserves the right to disqualify any participant if the provided information is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in delivery failure.
(iii) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
(iv) PawBook Tags are available while stocks last. OneDegree reserves the right to close this Event prior to the stated end date upon exhaustion of stock, without prior notice.
3. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email address, postal address, and any other information provided through the Form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, communication, prize distribution, and other administrative tasks. Anonymous data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil relevant purposes or to comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in disqualification or failure to receive the Prize.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with a clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or via written notice.
4. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the Event and its Terms and Conditions shall be subject to OneDegree’s final decision, which shall be binding.
5. Language Discrepancies
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
