Terms and Conditions (“This Terms and Conditions”)

1. This offer is only applicable to policyholders holding a valid insurance policy underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”), or successfully registered OneDegree members (“Members”), collectively referred to as “Customers”.
2. Customers must complete payment successfully to confirm their order. Upon successful purchase of this electronic voucher, OneDegree will send the electronic voucher by email to the email address provided by the Customer within 3 working days from the issuance of the “OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation” email. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and valid. OneDegree shall not be responsible if the electronic voucher cannot be received due to an incorrect or incomplete email address provided by the Customer.
3. Customers must complete payment successfully to confirm their order. Upon successful purchase of this electronic voucher, OneDegree will send the electronic voucher by email to the email address provided by the Customer within 3 working days from the issuance of the “OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation” email. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and valid. OneDegree shall not be responsible if the electronic voucher cannot be received due to an incorrect or incomplete email address provided by the Customer.
4. This voucher is not applicable to pet treats or pet toys. Pet mooncake flavour selection is subject to availability, while stocks last.
5. This voucher is valid until 24 September 2026. This voucher can only be used once. Multiple vouchers can be accepted in a single transaction.
6. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with member discounts, other promotional discounts, vouchers, or coupons. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.
7. OneDegree is not the supplier of the products or services and shall not be responsible for any products or services provided. The quality of the products or services and related arrangements shall be the sole responsibility of the merchant providing the products or services. For any enquiries, comments or complaints regarding the products or related services, Customers should contact the merchant directly. All matters relating to sales, claims handling, or any disputes arising from the contract between the Customer and the merchant shall be the responsibility of the merchant.
8. This voucher is invalid if found to be expired, altered, or duplicated. The validity period will not be extended. No replacement will be issued for any invalid voucher.

10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong SAR”). Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
