LED Light & Battery Instructions
- To prevent battery drain during shipping, the batteries are packed separately from the shoes.
- Before use, insert the battery into the hidden pocket inside the strap.
- Press the button on the side of the strap to turn the light on; press again to turn it off.
- Replace the battery when the light starts to dim.
- Battery Type: CR1220 3V lithium coin cell (replacement batteries sold separately).
- To replace the battery, open the hook-and-loop fastening on the inside of the button to access the battery compartment.
Measuring & Sizing Tips
- Measure your pet’s paw while standing with full weight on the paw. Measure the widest and longest points, including the nails.
- Front and rear paws may differ in size. Measure all four paws and use the largest measurements when choosing a size.
- If your pet falls between two sizes, the manufacturer recommends choosing the smaller size for a closer fit.
Note: Newly opened products may have a slight material-related odour. Leave them in a cool, well-ventilated area before use if needed. - For orders with a total order amount below HK$500 per transaction, an additional delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged. Orders with a total order amount of HK$500 or above will enjoy free delivery. Free delivery is applicable to one standard local delivery service within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories only, and does not apply to outlying islands or remote areas.
- Products available at OneDegree Pet Mart® are subject to availability and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- Customers must complete payment successfully to confirm an order. Customers agree that OneDegree may provide their contact information to merchants for arranging delivery services through third-party logistics providers. By participating in this promotion, Customers consent to OneDegree collecting, processing and transferring their personal data for this purpose. Upon successful payment, OneDegree will send an “OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation” by email. Products will generally be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer within 14 working days from the date of the “OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation” email. The third-party logistics provider will contact the Customer prior to delivery to arrange the delivery. OneDegree shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the Customer.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the individual merchant’s dispatch arrangements. Customers are advised to review the delivery arrangements specified on the relevant product page before purchase. Delivery may also be affected by traffic conditions, adverse weather, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.
- This offer is non-transferable and cannot be resold, redeemed or exchanged for cash, used as cash, exchanged for other gifts, products or services, or transferred to another person. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other OneDegree offers.
- OneDegree is not the supplier of the products or services and shall not be responsible for any products or services provided. The quality of the products or services and delivery arrangements shall be the sole responsibility of the respective merchant providing the products or services. For any enquiries, comments or complaints regarding the products or related services, Customers should contact the relevant merchant directly. The merchant shall be solely responsible for any sales-related matters, handling of claims, and any disputes arising from the contract between the Customer and the merchant.
- OneDegree reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, OneDegree reserves the right of final decision.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong SAR”). Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
