For orders below HK$500 (per transaction), an additional HK$50 delivery fee will be charged. For orders of HK$500 or above (per transaction), delivery is free. Free delivery applies only to standard local delivery areas: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. It does not apply to outlying islands or remote areas.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Customers agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact details with merchants for third-party logistics arrangements. After successful payment, OneDegree will send an “Order Confirmation” email. Products are generally delivered within 14 working days from the date of the confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on the merchant’s shipping schedule. Customers should refer to individual product pages for specific delivery details. Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, or other special circumstances.
This Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other OneDegree promotions.
OneDegree is not the supplier of the products or services and assumes no responsibility for them. The merchant is solely responsible for product quality and delivery arrangements. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”). Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the HKSAR courts.
