- For orders below HK$500 (per transaction), an additional HK$50 delivery fee will be charged. For orders of HK$500 or above (per transaction), delivery is free. Free delivery applies only to standard local delivery areas: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. It does not apply to outlying islands or remote areas.
- Products in the OneDegree Pet Store are limited in quantity and available while stocks last.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Customers agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact details with merchants for third-party logistics arrangements. By participating in this promotion, Customers consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data for this purpose. After successful payment, OneDegree will send an “Order Confirmation” email. Products are generally delivered within 14 working days from the date of the confirmation email.
