- For orders below HK$500 (per transaction), an additional HK$50 delivery fee will be charged. For orders of HK$500 or above (per transaction), delivery is free. Free delivery applies only to standard local delivery areas: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. It does not apply to outlying islands or remote areas.
- Products in the OneDegree Pet Store are limited in quantity and available while stocks last.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Customers agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact details with merchants for third-party logistics arrangements.
