Terms and Conditions (“This Terms and Conditions”)

1. This Offer is only applicable to policyholders with effective insurance policies underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) (“Policyholder”), or successfully registered OneDegree members (“Members”). Collectively referred to as “Customers.”
2. For orders below HK$500 (per transaction), an additional HK$50 delivery fee will be charged. For orders of HK$500 or above (per transaction), delivery is free. Free delivery applies only to standard local delivery areas: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. It does not apply to outlying islands or remote areas.
3. Products in the OneDegree Pet Mart are limited in quantity and available while stocks last. Certain products may be overseas purchasing / pre-order items, and OneDegree will source such products on behalf of Customers during designated sourcing periods.
4. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Customers agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact details with merchants for third-party logistics arrangements. By participating in this Promotion, Customers consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data for this purpose.
5. After successful payment, OneDegree will send an “Order Confirmation” email. Overseas purchasing / pre-order items are expected to be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the Customer within approximately 7–14 working days after sourcing is completed. Delivery time may be affected by supplier preparation, logistics arrangements, customs clearance, traffic, weather, holidays, or other special circumstances.
6. If any overseas purchasing item is out of stock, discontinued, or cannot be successfully sourced after payment has been made, OneDegree will arrange a full refund within 30 days from the date of payment. However, OneDegree shall not be liable for any additional compensation.
7. OneDegree is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer.
8. All overseas purchasing / pre-order items are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, except in cases where the product is damaged, incorrectly delivered, or has quality issues. If any product is found to be damaged upon receipt, the customer must notify us and provide supporting evidence within 14 days from the date of receipt. Upon verification, we shall arrange a full refund within 30 days from the payment date. No additional compensation or damages shall be payable under any circumstances.
9. Where OneDegree is not the supplier of the relevant products or services, OneDegree shall not assume any liability in respect of such products or services. The quality of the products or services shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier providing such products or services. Should customers have any enquiries, comments, or complaints regarding the products or related services, they should contact the relevant supplier directly.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”). Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the HKSAR courts.
