   1. This Offer is only applicable to policyholders with effective insurance policies underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) (“Policyholder”)
2. or successfully registered OneDegree members (“Members”). Collectively referred to as “Customers.”

The logistics company will contact the Customer prior to delivery. OneDegree is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer.
    5.Delivery times may vary depending on the merchant’s shipping schedule. Customers should refer to individual product pages for specific delivery details. Delivery may be affected by traffic

    8.OneDegree reserves the right to amend or cancel this Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute

    9.In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions
23. the English version shall prevail.
    10.These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”). Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the HKSAR courts.
