OneDegree《優獸大都會2 (Zootopia 2)》寵物專場 活動條款及細則（「條款及細則」）
OneDegree《優獸大都會2 (Zootopia 2)》寵物專場 （「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦，此活動舉辦日期為2025 年 11月 29 日。登記領取此活動入場券有效期由 2025 年 11 月 10 日至 2025 年 11月 13 日（「登記期間」）。
1. 參加資格
參加者須於登記期間按照相關電郵或社交平台發文的指示完成參加步驟，並於專為此活動設立的專屬登記頁面（「專屬登記頁面」）完成登記。入場券預留資格數量有限，先到先得。若有任何爭議，以OneDegree系統紀錄為準。
2. 入場券預留及領取方式
(i) 成功登記的參加者將於2025年11月13日或之前收到電郵通知（「電郵通知」）。為確保活動名額，參加者(除會員等級為星級毛範生外)必須於2025年11月18日前按照電郵通知的指定方式支付門票費用以預留入場券，而會員等級為星級毛範生的參加者必須於2025年11月23日前則按照電郵通知的指定方式支付港幣 100 元按金以預留入場券。如會員等級為星級毛範生的參加者沒有依時出席活動，該按金將全數捐贈予由OneDegree自行決定的動物慈善機構，並不設退款。如會員等級為星級毛範生的參加者依時出席活動，該按金將於2025年12月30日前全數退回。成功支付門票費用及支付按金的參加者將於2025年11月24日或之前收到確認電郵（「確認電郵」）。
(ii)只有成功支付門票費用以預留入場券的參加者方可統稱為確認參加者（「確認參加者」）。 每位確認參加者最多可獲三（3）張入場券，涵蓋以下對象： (a) 確認參加者本人；(b) 成功登記的同行人士; 及 (c) 一隻已登記的確認參加者之狗隻（「狗隻」）或貓隻（「貓隻」）。
(iii) 入場券將於活動當天發放，參加者需憑確認電郵認證資格。
3. 個人資料
（i）個人資料的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在專屬登記頁面及/或指定登記表格提供的其他資料。
（ii）收集目的：收集的個人資料僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、入場券發放及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）存儲及保留：個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關的用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（iv）參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或入場券。
（v）參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動資格。
（vi）條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
4. 影院入場守則及免責聲明
確認參加者及成功登記的同行人士（以下統稱「入場人士」），於頒獎禮當日，進入影院範圍期間，須遵守下列入場守則，並確認同意所載之免責聲明。
(A) 入場守則
- 每位入場人士及每隻入場狗隻或貓隻均須持有有效入場券。
- 本場次僅開放給人與貓狗參與，其他動物恕不接待。
- 為確保活動流程順暢，請入場人士提前至少30 分鐘抵達現場。
- 依據香港法例，所有貓狗必須已完成疫苗接種。
- 在戲院範圍內，主人須全程陪伴寵物。
- 所有狗隻必須繫上狗帶；體重超過20 公斤的狗隻建議佩戴口罩。所有狗隻必須要 自備尿片及尿墊，並在戲院內全程使用尿片，座位上亦需放置尿墊，以保持戲院清 潔及衛生。
- 所有貓隻必須配備貓袋放置於座位上，確保貓隻隨時可以回到安穩的貓袋中。貓主 必須確保貓隻有與狗隻相處經驗，避免貓隻因接觸狗隻而受驚恐導致出現應激反 應。所有貓袋下需要鋪上尿墊，以保持戲院清潔及衛生問題。
- 寵物主人應隨時留意寵物情緒，若發現其對戲院環境或音效表現不安，請立即帶離 現場並妥善安撫。OneDegree及戲院亦有權根據現場情況，要求主人帶同寵物離場，以確保 其他觀眾與寵物不受影響。
(B) 免責聲明
(i) 所有入場人士明確知悉，攜帶狗隻及貓隻及/或與其他狗隻及貓隻一同進入影院範圍內可能存在風險，包括但不限於人身傷害、財物損失或其他事故。入場人士需自願並完全承擔相關責任。 OneDegree 及影院（包括其職員、合作夥伴及其他支援或推廣方）對此活動當日任何人士、狗隻及貓隻或第三方因任何事故、傷害、爭執或損毀所導致的一切損失或法律責任，概不負責。若狗隻及貓隻傷人或攻擊其他狗隻及貓隻，相關入場人士將承擔全部法律責任，並有機會被檢控。
(ii)若入場人士及/或狗隻及貓隻弄污影院範圍，該相關入場人士須即時清理。若造成嚴重污損，影院有權收取額外清潔費。
(iii) 相關入場人士須為其及/或其狗隻及貓隻所造成的影院範圍設施、傢俱或設備損毀等負責。
5. 活動便利安排
(i) 寵物手推車暫放區
影院將設有限空間供入場人士暫放寵物手推車。空間有限，將以先到先得方式使用，OneDegree及影院不保證所有手推車均可獲安排暫放位置。
6. 條款修改及活動終止
OneDegree可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以OneDegree的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
7. 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
8. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄，並受其法院的非專屬司法管轄權所約束。
OneDegree Zootopia 2 Pet-friendly Screening Terms and Conditions
This pet-friendly screening of Zootopia 2 (“the Event”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) and will be held on November 29, 2025. Registration for tickets is open from November 10 to November 13, 2025 (“Registration Period”).
1. Eligibility
Participants must complete the registration steps as instructed via email or social media posts during the Registration Period, and register through the designated registration page (“Designated Registration Page”). Ticket reservation eligibility is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of any disputes, OneDegree’s system records shall prevail.
2. Ticket Reservation and Collection
(i) Participants who successfully register will receive an email notification (“Email Notification”) by November 13, 2025. To secure a spot, participants (except those with the “Star Pawbassador” membership level) must pay the ticket fee by November 18, 2025 as instructed in the Email Notification. Participants with the “Star Pawbassador” membership level must pay a deposit of HKD 100 by November 23, 2025, following the instructions in the Email Notification, to reserve their admission ticket. If a “Star Pawbassador” participant fails to attend, the deposit will be donated to an animal charity chosen by OneDegree, and no refund will be issued. If the “Star Pawbassador” member attends the Event as scheduled, the deposit will be fully refunded by December 30, 2025. Participants who have successfully paid the ticket fee or deposit will receive a confirmation email (“Confirmation Email”) by November 24, 2025.
- (ii) Only those who have paid the ticket fee are considered “Confirmed Participants.” Each Confirmed Participant may receive up to three (3) tickets, covering: (a) The Confirmed Participant (b) One registered companion (c) One registered dog or cat belonging to the Confirmed Participant
- (iii) Tickets will be distributed on the day of the event. Participants must present the Confirmation Email for verification.
3. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email, and other details submitted via the Designated Registration Page.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, contact, ticket distribution, and administrative tasks. Anonymous personal data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill relevant purposes related to this Event or to comply with legal obligations. Personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may result in disqualification or failure to receive notifications/tickets.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted via email to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data usage terms without prior notice. Such changes will be notified via the website or written means (possibly electronic), and will take effect immediately upon publication.
4. Cinema Admission Rules and Disclaimer
Confirmed Participants and their registered companions (“Attendees”) must comply with the following rules and acknowledge the disclaimer upon entering the cinema on the event day.
(A) Admission Rules
- Each attendee and each dog or cat must hold a valid ticket.
- Only humans and dogs/cats are allowed; other animals are not permitted.
- Attendees should arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure smooth proceedings.
- All dogs and cats must be vaccinated in accordance with Hong Kong law.
- Pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times.
- Dogs must be leashed; those over 20 kg are recommended to wear a muzzle. Owners must bring diapers and pads for their dogs, which must be used throughout the cinema, including on seats.
- Cats must be kept in carriers placed on seats. Cat owners must ensure their cats are accustomed to dogs to avoid stress reactions. Pads must be placed under carriers to maintain hygiene.
- Owners must monitor their pets’ emotions. If a pet shows signs of distress due to the environment or sound, the owner must remove and comfort the pet. OneDegree and the cinema reserve the right to request removal of any pet to protect the experience of others.
(B) Disclaimer
(i) Attendees acknowledge the risks of bringing pets into the cinema, including injury, property damage, or other incidents. They accept full responsibility. OneDegree and the cinema (including staff, partners, and affiliates) are not liable for any loss or legal claims arising from accidents, injuries, disputes, or damages. Owners are fully liable for any harm caused by their pets and may face prosecution.
(ii) Attendees must clean up any mess caused by their pets. Severe contamination may incur additional cleaning fees.
(iii) Attendees are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their pets to cinema facilities, furniture, or equipment.
5. Event Amenities
A designated area will be available for temporary storage of pet strollers. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed.
6. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree may modify or terminate the event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the event are subject to OneDegree’s final decision.
7. Language Discrepancy
In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and subject to its non-exclusive jurisdiction.
