香港寵物節 2026 免費寵物身體檢查優惠條款及細則 Pet Show 2026 Free Pet Physical Examination Offer Terms and Conditions

本推廣(「本推廣」) 優惠的有效日期為2026年1月29日起至2026年2月1日 (「推廣期」)
僅現時持有由OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）承保的有效保險保單（「有效保險保單」）的持有人，在推廣期內親臨香港寵物節2026 OneDegree攤位，透過OneDegree應用程式《陪胖日記》出示保單，由工作人員確認後，可獲得由Pet Central 提供之寵物身體檢查 1 次（價值HK$380）。（「禮品」或「本推廣優惠」）。禮品數量會根據有效保單數量派發。數量有限，送完即止。
如果禮品供應有變，OneDegree將以同等價值的同類貨品代替，恕不另行通知。
禮品無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務
有關禮品之使用須受禮品供應商所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關禮品之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡禮品供應商。          
任何未能滿足本條款及細則中提及的任何標準及/或要求將導致喪失本推廣優惠。     
OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止本推廣之權利，恕不另行通知，並對本推廣相關之所有事宜或爭議以及條款和條件的解釋擁有最終決定權。           
此條款及細則中英文版之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版為準。
此條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄。

This promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 29 Jan 2026 until 1 Feb 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 
Only the current policyholders of an effective OneDegree insurance policy(ies) underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) who, during the Promotion Period, visiting Pet Show 2026, download OneDegree Pawbook and show the policy status details in Insured session. Once staff confirms, will reward one free physical examination for pet provided by Pets Central (Worth HK$380 ) (“Reward” or “Promotion Offer”). The quantity of Reward will be distributed based on the number of valid policies. Availability is limited and while stocks last.
OneDegree reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a similar item of equal value at any time without notice if there is any change in the supply of the Reward.      
The Reward cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products or services under any circumstances.      
The Reward is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Reward supplier. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the Reward, the policyholders should contact the Reward supplier directly.      
Failure to meet any criteria and/or requirements mentioned in these Terms and Conditions will result in the loss of the Promotion Offer.
OneDegree reserves the right to amend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, and shall have the final decision on all matters or disputes relating to this Promotion as well as the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.    
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
