OneDegree 種子寵動員專屬體驗 – 寵物友善蚊怕水掛飾工作坊（「本活動」）條款及細則
「OneDegree 種子寵動員專屬體驗－寵物友善蚊怕水掛飾工作坊」（「本活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。本活動將於 2026年5月30日及2026年5月31日（中午12時至下午7時） 在西九文化區藝術公園海濱東草坪舉行（「活動期間」）。
1. 參加資格及安排
(i) 僅限於截至2026年5月15日，在「種子寵動員選拔」排行榜中名列前50名的汪寵動員及前50名的喵寵動員（共100名）。
(ii) 參加者須於2026年5月20日至 2026 年 5 月 26 日期間，填妥並提交 OneDegree 透過電郵發出之指定登記表格，方可確認參加資格。
(iii) 逾期未完成登記者，將被視為放棄參加資格，OneDegree 保留將資格轉予後補者之權利。
2. 活動內容
(i) 每位成功參加者可於工作坊製作 一個DIY寵物友善蚊怕水掛飾。
(ii) 所提供之材料及成品僅供個人用途。
(iii) 參加者須遵從現場工作人員指示完成活動流程。
3. 注意事項及責任
(i) 本活動所提供之蚊怕水及相關材料屬一般用途之產品，並不構成任何醫療、健康或專業建議。參加者須自行判斷其及其寵物是否適合使用相關產品。
(ii) 雖然活動中使用之產品標示為「寵物友善」，惟不同個體（包括寵物）可能對相關成分產生過敏或不良反應，參加者應於使用前審慎評估，並建議先作局部測試。如有任何不適，應立即停止使用並尋求專業意見。
(iii) OneDegree 並不就產品之功效、安全性或適用性作出任何明示或默示之保證。
(iv) 在法律容許的最大範圍內，OneDegree 對因參與本活動、使用任何材料或成品所引致之任何直接、間接、附帶或相應之損失、損害、受傷（包括對人或寵物）概不負責。
(v) 參加者須遵照工作人員指示使用所有材料。如因參加者未有遵守指示或不當使用材料而引致任何損失或損害，由參加者自行承擔責任。
(vi) 參加者須自行妥善保管其個人物品。OneDegree 對任何遺失、損毀或被盜之財物概不負責。
(vii) 如參加者攜同寵物參加活動，須確保其寵物受到適當控制及照顧，並遵守場地規定。因寵物引致之任何損害或責任，須由參加者自行承擔。
4. 個人資料
（i）個人資料之收集： 參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在表格中提供的其他資料。
（ii）收集目的： 收集的個人資料僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放（如適用）及其他行政工作。OneDegree 亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）存儲及保留： 個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再須要時將安全刪除或匿名化。 （iv）參加者責任： 參加者須確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去換領資格或未能成功接收獎品。
（v）參加者權利： 參加者有權要求：a. 訪問 OneDegree 所持的個人資料；b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料；c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至 OneDegree 的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將盡快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動的資格。
（vi）條款修改： OneDegree 保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無須事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過 OneDegree 的網站或書面形式通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
5. 惡劣天氣及活動安排
(i) 如遇惡劣天氣或不可預見之情況，OneDegree 保留更改、延期或取消活動之權利。
(ii) 有關安排將以 OneDegree 官方渠道公布為準。
6. 入場及場地安排
(i) 活動場地容量有限，基於安全考慮及人流管制，OneDegree 保留拒絕參加者進場或要求參加者離場之最終決定權。
(ii) 參加者於場內必須遵守西九文化區之場地規則及 OneDegree 工作人員之指示。
7. 修改及終止
OneDegree 保留隨時修改本活動內容及條款的權利，而無須另行通知。所有爭議及條款詮釋均以 OneDegree 最終決定為準。
8. 中英文版本
如本條款之中英文版本有任何歧異，概以英文版本為準。
9. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並受香港法院的非專屬管轄。
OneDegree Seeded Paw-thlete Exclusive Experience – Pet-friendly Anti-Insect Spray Charm Workshop (the “Event”) – Terms and Conditions
The “OneDegree Seeded Paw-thlete Exclusive Experience – Pet-friendly Anti-Insect Spray Charm Workshop” (the “Event”) is organised by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). The Event will be held on 30 and 31 May 2026 (12:00 PM to 7:00 PM) at the Harbourfront East Lawn, Art Park, West Kowloon Cultural District (the “Event Period”).
1. Eligibility and Participation
(i) Limited to the top 50 dogs and 50 cats on the “Seeded Paw-thlete Selection” leaderboard as of 15 May 2026.
(ii) To confirm their eligibility for the Event, participants must complete and submit the designated registration form (“the Form”) distributed by OneDegree via email during 20-26 May 2026.
(iii) Participants who fail to complete the registration by the deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility. OneDegree reserves the right to transfer the eligibility to individuals on the waitlist.
2. Event Details
(i) Each successful participant may create one DIY pet-friendly anti-insect spray charm.
(ii) Materials and finished products are for personal use only.
(iii) Participants must follow all instructions provided by staff during the Event.
3. Disclaimer and Liability
(i) The anti-insect spray and materials provided in the Event are for general use only and do not constitute any medical, health, or professional advice. Participants are responsible for assessing suitability for themselves and their pets.
(ii) Although the products are labelled as “pet-friendly”, individuals (including pets) may react differently. Participants are advised to conduct a patch test before use and discontinue use immediately if any adverse reaction occurs, and seek professional advice where necessary.
(iii) OneDegree makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of the products.
(iv) To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneDegree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury (including to persons or pets) arising from participation in the Event or use of any materials or products.
(v) Participants must follow all instructions provided by staff when handling materials. Any loss or damage caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions shall be the responsibility of the participant.
(vi) Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. OneDegree shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
(vii) Participants bringing pets must ensure proper control and supervision at all times and comply with venue rules. Participants shall be solely responsible for any damage or liability caused by their pets.
4. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email address, and any other information provided through the Form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, communication, prize distribution, and other administrative tasks. Anonymous data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil relevant purposes or to comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in disqualification or failure to receive the Prize. (v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with a clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or via written notice.
5. Weather and Event Arrangements
(i) In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, OneDegree reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event.
(ii) Announcements will be made via official channels.
6. Entry and Venue
(i) Due to limited venue capacity and for safety and crowd control reasons, OneDegree reserves the final right to refuse entry to Participants or require Participants to leave the venue.
(ii) During the Event, Participants must comply with the venue rules of the West Kowloon Cultural District and all instructions provided by OneDegree staff.
7. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to amend or terminate the Event and its terms at any time without prior notice. All decisions shall be final and binding.
8. Language
In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and subject to its non-exclusive jurisdiction.
