「寵寵有賞! 分享 總值HK$4萬禮品!」活動條款及細則
1. 本推廣(「本推廣」)的有效日期為即日起至2025年10月31 日 (「推廣期」) 。
2. 本推廣的參與者(「參與者」)必需於推廣期內:
(i) 下載「陪胖日記」應用程式(暫時只支援ios系統);
(ii) 註冊成為會員;
(iii) 開啟「陪胖日記」應用程式推送通知
完成上述步驟的參與者，並按照以下特定的會員註冊順序，將有資格獲得相應禮品(「禮品」)。
3. 本推廣設有200禮品名額。本推廣之禮品將根據參與者特定的會員註冊順序發放如下，並以 OneDegree 的系統記錄為準。
3.1 從第5位開始每隔10位的會員（例如第5、15、25、…、995位）(「合資格獲獎人士」) 將各獲得由Pets Central提供的價值港幣380元的免費獸醫基本體檢服務乙次(優惠券到期日為2026年12月31日)，共100名額，總值港幣38,000元。
3.2 從第10位開始每隔10位的會員（例如第10、20、30、…、1000位）(「合資格獲獎人士」) 將各獲得價值港幣50元的OneDegree 寵物百貨優惠碼（最低消費港幣500元方可使用，優惠碼的到期日為2025年12月31日） ，共100名額，總值港幣5,000。
4. 合資格獲獎人士的個人資料有可能會與特定第三方合作夥伴分享，僅限於進行身份驗證以完成禮品兌換。 參加本推廣即表示同意OneDegree以此目的收集、處理及移轉其個人資料。
5. 合資格獲獎人士將於2025 年 11月 17 日或之前通過在註冊「陪胖日記」應用程式時提供的電子郵件地址收到以下獲獎通知(「獲獎通知」)。
5.1 獲得由Pets Central提供的免費獸醫基本體檢服務的合資格獲獎人士將收到一封兌換電子郵件，並須於換領信的指定換領日期內憑換領信到指定換領地點方兌換禮品。
5.2 獲得OneDegree 寵物百貨優惠碼的合資格獲獎人士將收到一封電子郵件，內附優惠碼。
如因參加者所提供的電子郵件地址或任何相關資料錯誤或不完整導致無法成功收取獲獎通知或禮品，OneDegree恕不負責。禮品的實際領取日期可能會因禮品供貨安排而作出調整。如果禮品供應有變，OneDegree將以同等價值的同類貨品代替，恕不另行通知。
6. 禮品及換領信無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。
7. 除OneDegree 寵物百貨優惠碼外，有關禮品之使用須受禮品供應商所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關禮品之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡禮品供應商。
8. 任何未能滿足本條款及細則中提及的任何標準及/或要求將導致喪失禮品。
9. OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止本推廣之權利，並對本推廣相關之所有事宜或爭議以及條款和條件的解釋擁有最終決定權。
10. 此條款及細則中英文版之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版為準。
11. 此條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄。
“Paws for Rewards! Share HK$40,000 in Gifts!” Campaign Terms &Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”)
1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from now until 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Participants (“Participants”) of this Promotion must complete the following steps within the Promotion Period:
(i) download the PawBook app(currently available on iOS only);
(ii) register as a member; and
(iii) enable push notifications for the PawBook app
Participants who complete the above steps and meet the following specified member registration order will be eligible to receive the corresponding prizes (“Prizes”).
3. The Promotion offers 200 Prizes quotas. Prizes will be awarded based on the specified member registration order, as determined by OneDegree’s system records.
3.1 Every 10th member starting from the 5th (e.g., 5th, 15th, 25th, …, 995th) (“Eligible Winners”) will each receive a HK$380 free basic veterinary check-up service provided by Pets Central (voucher valid until December 31, 2026), with a total of 100 slots, valued at HK$38,000 in total.
3.2 Every 10th member starting from the 10th (e.g., 10th, 20th, 30th, …, 1000th) (“Eligible Winners”) will each receive a HK$50 OneDegree Pet Mart coupon code (minimum spend of HK$500 required, valid until December 31, 2025), with a total of 100 slots, valued at HK$5,000 in total.
4. The Eligible Winners’ personal information may be shared with specific third-party partners solely for the purpose of identity verification to facilitate Prize redemption. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Winners agree to the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data by OneDegree for this purpose.
5. Eligible Winners will receive the following award email (“Award Email”) on or before 17 November 2025, via the email address provided during registration for the Pawbook App.
5.1 Eligible Winners of the free basic veterinary health check provided by Pets Central will receive a redemption letter and must present the redemption letter at the designated redemption location within the specified redemption period to claim the Prize.
5.2 Eligible Winners of the OneDegree Pet Mart coupon code will receive an email containing the coupon code.
OneDegree is not responsible for any failure to receive the Award Email or Prizes due to incorrect or incomplete email or any relevant information provided by the Participants. The actual date of the Prize collection may be adjusted based on Prize supply arrangements. If there are changes in Prize availability, OneDegree will substitute it with a similar item of equal value without further notice.
6. The Prize and redemption letter cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products or services under any circumstances.
7. Except for the OneDegree Pet Mart coupon code, the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize supplier. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the Prize, the Eligible Winners should contact the Prize supplier directly.
8. Failure to meet any criteria and/or requirements mentioned in these Terms and Conditions will result in the loss of the Prizes.
9. OneDegree may amend and/ or terminate this Promotion without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
