OneDegree 6 周年：寵寵欲動 6 運會公眾預約入場及選手包換領條款及細則
《OneDegree 6 周年：寵寵欲動 6 運會 公眾預約及選手包換領》（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。此活動日期為即日起至 2026 年 5 月 31 日（「活動期間」）。
1. 參加資格
（i） 於 Instagram Story 分享寵物最具活力的運動時刻，並標記（Tag）@onedegree.hk，並保存相關截圖。
（ii） 下載「陪胖日記®」應用程式並註冊成為會員。
（iii） 點擊「陪胖日記®」內 OneDegree 6周年寵寵欲動活動的宣傳 banner，進入並填妥指定登記表格（「表格」），並上載第（i）步驟之 Instagram Story 截圖以作證明。
2. 數碼入場證
(i) 完成登記後，系統將發送數碼入場證至參加者登記之電子郵件地址。
(ii) 數碼入場證為進入活動現場「寵動員區」及換領「寵寵欲動選手包」（「獎品」）之唯一有效憑證，參加者須於進場時出示以供掃描核實。
(iii) 數碼入場證僅供登記本人使用，嚴禁轉讓、轉售或交予他人使用。
(iv) OneDegree 對於因遺失、損毀、被盜用或未經授權使用之數碼入場證概不負責，且不予補發。
3. 選手包換領
(i) 參加者必須憑有效數碼入場證，於活動當日指定換領時間內親臨現場辦理換領。
(ii) 「寵寵欲動選手包」數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。OneDegree 不保證所有數碼入場證持有人均能獲取選手包。
(iii) 選手包不可兌換現金、不設退換，亦不可轉讓。
(iv) OneDegree 保留隨時修改選手包內容之權利，無須另行通知。
(v) 有關獎品之使用須受獎品供應商所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關獎品之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡獎品供應商。
4. 入場及場地安排
(i) 活動場地容量有限，基於安全考慮及人流管制，OneDegree 保留即使在參加者持有有效入場證的情況下，仍有權拒絕其進場或要求其離場之最終決定權。
(ii) 參加者於場內必須遵守西九文化區之場地規則及 OneDegree 工作人員之指示。
5. 個人資料
（i）個人資料之收集： 參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在表格中提供的其他資料。
（ii）收集目的： 收集的個人資料僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放（如適用）及其他行政工作。OneDegree 亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）存儲及保留： 個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再須要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（iv）參加者責任： 參加者須確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去換領資格或未能成功接收獎品。
（v）參加者權利： 參加者有權要求：a. 訪問 OneDegree 所持的個人資料；b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料；c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至 OneDegree 的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將盡快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動的資格。
（vi）條款修改： OneDegree 保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無須事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過 OneDegree 的網站或書面形式通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
6. 修改及終止
OneDegree 可隨時修改及／或終止活動，無須另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以 OneDegree 的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
7. 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
8. 適用法律
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄並依其解釋，且須接受香港特區法院的非專屬管轄。
OneDegree 6th Anniversary: Paw-fit Pet Sports Day — Public Registration and Athlete Pack Redemption Terms and Conditions
The “OneDegree 6th Anniversary: Paw-fit Pet Sports Day — Public Registration and Athlete Pack Redemption” (“this Event”) is organised by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). This Event runs from now until 31 May 2026 (“Event Period”).
1. Eligibility for Participation
(i) Share the most sportive moment of their pet on Instagram Story, tag @onedegree.hk, and save a screenshot of the post.
(ii) Download the PawBook® app and register as a member.
(iii) Tap the OneDegree 6th Anniversary Paw-fit Pet campaign banner within the PawBook® app, and complete the designated registration form (“the Form”), uploading the Instagram Story screenshot from step (i) as proof.
2. Digital Entry Pass
(i) Upon successful registration, the system will issue a digital entry pass to the Participant’s registered email address.
(ii) The digital entry pass serves as the sole valid credential for accessing the “Paw-thletes Zone” and for the redemption of the “Paw-fit Paw-thlete Pack” (“Prize”) at the Event venue. Participants must present the pass for scanning and verification upon entry.
(iii) The digital entry pass is for the exclusive use of the registered Participant and is strictly prohibited from being transferred, resold, or assigned to any other party.
(iv) OneDegree accepts no responsibility and will not issue any replacement for digital entry passes that are lost, damaged, stolen, or used without authorisation.
3. Athlete Pack Redemption
(i) Participants must present a valid digital entry pass in person at the designated redemption counter during the specified redemption hours on the day of the Event.
(ii) The “Paw-fit Paw-thlete Pack” is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. OneDegree does not guarantee that all digital entry pass holders will be able to receive an Athlete Pack.
(iii) Athlete Packs are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable/non-replaceable, and non-transferable.
(iv) OneDegree reserves the right to modify the contents of the Athlete Pack at any time without prior notice.
(v) The relevant Prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supplier. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the relevant Prize, Participants should contact the supplier directly.
4. Entry and Venue Arrangements
(i) Venue capacity is limited. For safety and crowd control reasons, OneDegree reserves the right of final decision to refuse entry or request any individual to leave the venue, notwithstanding the presentation of a valid digital entry pass.
(ii) During the Event, Participants must comply with the venue rules of the West Kowloon Cultural District and all instructions provided by OneDegree staff.
5. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data, including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email address, and any other information provided through the Form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, communication, prize distribution, and other administrative tasks. Anonymous data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil relevant purposes or to comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in disqualification or failure to receive the Prize.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with a clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or via written notice.
6. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the Event and its Terms and Conditions shall be subject to OneDegree’s final decision, which shall be binding.
7. Language Discrepancies
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
