OneDegree x 海洋公園 Paw-ty Day — 條款及細則
OneDegree x 海洋公園 Paw-ty Day（「本活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」或「主辦機構」）主辦。本活動將於 2026年11月11日（星期三）下午2:00至下午6:00 於 海洋公園舉行。
1. 參加資格、留位費及報名安排
(i) 參加單位及名額： 每組獲選成功報名的參加單位最多包含 2 名成人及 1 隻狗狗。
(ii) 報名及評選機制： 參加者須於指定報名截止時間前填妥報名表格，並上傳符合要求之 Instagram / Facebook Story 截圖。OneDegree將根據創意及趣味性按其全權酌情權選出獲選參加者。
(iii)留位費：
- 獲選參加者將收到通知，並須於指定期限內繳付 HK$200留位費 以確認名額。
- 退款條件： 參加者（2人1狗）於活動當日按時出席並完成簽到後，HK$200 留位費將於活動結束後 7 至 14 個工作天內原路退還。
- 不予退還： 如獲選參加者未能於指定時間內繳付留位費，將被視為放棄資格；如已繳付留位費但缺席、遲到或未能攜同狗狗出席，已繳付之 HK$200 留位費將全數沒收，不設退款或轉讓。
2. 活動內容及 Story 授權
(i) 獲選參加者可於活動時間內免費進入海洋公園指定區域參與 Paw-ty Day 主題活動。
(ii) 參加者提交報名表格 ，即表示參加者同意本條款及細則，並授權 OneDegree 於其官方社交媒體、網站及宣傳管道作活動推廣及宣傳用途。
(iii) 參加者須遵從現場工作人員及海洋公園職員之指示完成活動流程。
3. 注意事項、寵物安全及責任
(i) 寵物健康與疫苗： 參加狗狗必須領有狗牌、已接種狂犬病疫苗及適當之核心疫苗。參加者須評估狗狗之健康及性格是否適合前往人多及有其他動物的公共場所。
(ii) 寵物安全及控制： 參加者帶同狗狗參加活動時，必須確保狗狗在場內受到適當的控制（例如全程扣上牽引繩或放置於寵物車內）及照顧，並嚴格遵守海洋公園之寵物入園守則。如因狗狗行為引致任何人身傷害、其他寵物受傷或財物損壞，其法律及經濟責任須獨自及全數由該狗狗的主人/持有人自行承擔。
(iii) 免責聲明： 在法律容許的最大範圍內，主辦機構及海洋公園對因參與本活動所引致之任何直接、間接、附帶或相應之損失、損害、受傷（包括對人或寵物）概不負責。
(iv) 財物保管： 參加者須自行妥善保管其個人物品。主辦機構對任何遺失、損毀或被盜之財物概不負責。
4. 個人資料
(i) 收集目的： 參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料（包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電郵地址及 OneDegree 會員資料），用於身份核實、留位費處理、活動聯絡及相關行政工作。
(ii) 存儲及保護： 個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成本活動相關用途為止。
5. 惡劣天氣及活動安排
(i) 如遇惡劣天氣（如八號或以上颱風信號、黑色暴雨警告）或海洋公園臨時閉館等不可預見之情況，主辦機構保留更改、延期或取消活動之權利。
(ii) 如本活動因主辦機構或不可抗力因素取消，已繳交之 HK$200 留位費將安排全數退還。
6. 入場及場地安排
(i) 活動場地容量有限，主辦機構及海洋公園保留拒絕未經預約者進場、或要求不遵守秩序之參加者/寵物離場之最終決定權。
(ii) 參加者於場內必須遵守海洋公園之場地守則及現場工作人員之指示。
7. 修改及終止
主辦機構保留隨時修改本活動內容、留位費安排及本條款及細則的權利，而無須另行通知。所有爭議及條款詮釋均以主辦機構最終決定為準。
8. 中英文版本
如本條款之中英文版本有任何歧異，概以英文版本為準。
9. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區(「香港」)法律管轄，並受香港法院的非專屬管轄。
OneDegree x Ocean Park Paw-ty Day — Terms and Conditions
The OneDegree x Ocean Park Paw-ty Day (the “Event”) is organised by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree” or “Organiser”). The Event will be held on Wednesday, 11 November 2026 (2:00 PM to 6:00 PM) at Ocean Park.
1. Eligibility, Deposit, and Registration
(i) Participation Unit: Each selected and successfully registered group is limited to a maximum of 2 adults and 1 dog.
(ii) Registration & Selection: Participants must complete the registration form and upload a screenshot of their eligible Instagram/Facebook Story before the deadline. The Organiser will at its sole discretion select participants based on creativity and fun.
(iii) Deposit:
- Selected participants will receive a notification and must pay a deposit of HK$200 within the specified period to confirm their reservation.
- Refund Condition: The HK$200 deposit will be fully refunded via the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after the Event, provided that the participant group (2 persons + 1 dog) attends and completes check-in on time on the Event day.
- Non-refundable: Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of eligibility. If a participant who paid the deposit fails to attend, arrives late, or attends without the registered dog, the HK$200 deposit will be fully forfeited and non-refundable or non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Event Details & Story Authorization
(i) Selected participants may enter designated areas of Ocean Park free of charge during the Event time to participate in Paw-ty Day activities.
(ii) By submitting the registration form participants shall be deemed to agree these Terms and Conditions, and grant OneDegree the right to use the submitted materials for promotional purposes across its official social media channels, website, and marketing platforms.
(iii) Participants must follow all instructions provided by event staff and Ocean Park staff throughout the Event.
3. Reminders, Pet Safety, and Liability
(i) Pet Health & Vaccination: Participating dogs must have a valid Rabies Vaccination and rabies licence, along with appropriate core vaccinations. Participants must evaluate whether their dogs are physically fit and socially comfortable in crowded public environments with other animals.
(ii) Pet Safety and Control: Participants must ensure their dogs are kept under proper control at all times (e.g. kept on a lead/harness or inside a pet stroller) and properly cared for, and adhere strictly to Ocean Park’s pet admission rules during the Event. Owners/handlers shall be solely and fully liable for any personal injury, injury to other pets, or damage to property caused by their dogs.
(iii) Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser and Ocean Park shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury (including to persons or pets) arising from participation in the Event.
(iv) Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
4. Personal Data
(i) Purpose of Collection: By participating this Event, participants consent to the collection of personal data (including name, contact number, email address, and OneDegree registration details) for identity verification, deposit processing, Event communication, and administrative tasks.
(ii) Storage and Protection: Personal data will be securely stored and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the Event’s purposes.
5. Weather and Event Arrangements
(i) In case of adverse weather (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning) or unforeseen circumstances (such as temporary closure of Ocean Park), the Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event.
(ii) If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser due to force majeure or unforeseen events, the paid HK$200 deposit will be fully refunded.
6. Entry and Venue
(i) Due to venue capacity limits, the Organiser and Ocean Park reserve the final right to refuse any unregistered individuals to enter the venue, or require disruptive participants/pets to leave the venue.
(ii) Participants must comply with all venue rules of Ocean Park and instructions from the staff.
7. Amendments and Termination
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event content, deposit arrangements, and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions and interpretations of the terms by the Organiser shall be final and binding.
8. Language
In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
