免費換領PawBook Tag活動 條款及細則
《免費換領PawBook Tag活動》（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。此活動日期為即日起至 2026 年 5 月 20 日（「活動期間」）。獲選的得獎者將於活動期間收到確認電郵通知。
1. 參加資格
參加者須於活動期間完成以下步驟及登記：
（i） 於 Instagram Story 分享寵物最具動感的時刻，並標記（Tag）@onedegree.hk，並保存相關截圖。
（ii） 下載「陪胖日記®」應用程式並註冊成為會員。
（iii） 點擊「陪胖日記®」內 OneDegree 6周年寵寵欲動活動的宣傳 banner，進入並填妥指定登記表格（「表格」），並上載第（i）步驟之 Instagram Story 截圖以作證明。
2. 選出得獎者及獎品
（i） 活動期間，OneDegree 將從所有符合資格之參加者中，選出分享寵物照片最具「動感」之 500 位參加者為得獎者（「得獎者」）。
（ii）每位得獎者將可獲得 PawBook Tag 乙個（「獎品」） 。每位參加者無論得獎次數，均只可獲得一個 PawBook Tag。
（iii）獎品將根據表格提供的郵寄地址直接寄出 。若因地址不全或錯誤導致寄送失敗，OneDegree 保留取消資格的權利 。
3. 提交內容之使用權
（i） 授權：參加者提交Instagram Story 截圖即視為不可撤銷地授予 OneDegree 永久、免版稅、全球性及排他性的權利，使用、複製、分發及展示該內容用於宣傳及行銷用途 。
（ii） 法律合規：參加者保證 Instagram Story 內容不侵犯任何第三方權利（包括版權及知識產權） 。若有任何違規，參加者將被取消資格並須承擔相關賠償責任 。
4. 個人信息
（i） 個人信息的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人信息，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在表格中提供的其他信息 。
（ii） 收集目的：收集的個人信息僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放（如適用）及其他行政工作 。OneDegree 亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途 。
（iii） 存儲及保留：個人信息將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止 。信息不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化 。
（iv） 參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人信息準確無誤及完整 。不正確或不完整的信息可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或獎品 。
（v） 參加者權利：參加者有權要求：a. 訪問 OneDegree 所持的個人信息；b. 糾正不準確或不完整的信息；c. 撤回對其個人信息使用的同意 。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至 OneDegree 的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆 。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動資格 。
（vi） 條款修改：OneDegree 保留隨時更改或更新相關個人信息條款的權利，無需事先通知 。更改或更新內容將通過 OneDegree 的網站或書面形式通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效 。
5. 修改及終止
OneDegree 可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知 。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以 OneDegree 的決定為準，且具有最終約束力 。
6. 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準 。
7. 適用法律
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄並依其解釋，且參加者須接受香港特區法院的非專屬管轄 。
PawBook Tag Free Redemption Terms and Conditions
“PawBook Tag Free Redemption” (“this Event”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). This Event runs from now until 20 May 2026 (“Event Period”). Selected winners will be notified via confirmation email during the Event Period.
1. Eligibility
Participants must follow the instructions provided and complete the following steps and registration during the Event Period:
(i) Share the most dynamic moment of their pet on Instagram Story, tag @onedegree.hk, and save a screenshot of the post.
(ii) Download the PawBook® app and register as a member.
(iii) Tap the OneDegree 6th Anniversary Paw-fit Pet campaign banner within the PawBook® app, and complete the designated registration form (“the Form”), uploading the Instagram Story screenshot from step (i) as proof.
2. Winner Selection and Prizes
(i) During the Event Period, OneDegree will select 500 participants who have shared the most “dynamic” pet photos from all eligible participants as winners (“Winners”).
(ii) Each Winner will receive one (1) PawBook Tag (“Prize”). Each participant may receive only one PawBook Tag in total, regardless of the number of times they win.
(iii) Prizes will be mailed directly to the mailing address provided in the Form. OneDegree reserves the right to disqualify any Winner if the provided information is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in delivery failure.
3. Ownership and Usage Rights of Submitted Content
(i) Authorization: By submitting the screenshot of Instagram Story , participants irrevocably grant OneDegree a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for promotional and marketing purposes.
(ii) Legal Compliance: Participants warrant that their submitted content does not infringe on any copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other third-party rights. Any violation will result in disqualification, and participants shall indemnify OneDegree against any third-party claims arising from such violations.
4. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email address, postal address and any other information provided through the Form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, communication, prize distribution, and other administrative tasks. Anonymous data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill relevant purposes or to comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in disqualification or failure to receive notifications/prizes.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer to dpo@onedegree.hk, with a clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or via written notice.
5. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the Event and its Terms and Conditions shall be subject to OneDegree’s final decision, which shall be binding.
6. Language Discrepancies
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
