條款及細則
《OneDegree PawBook Tag 免費領取活動》（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。此活動即日起至送完即止（「活動期間」）。
1. 參加資格
(i) 參加者必須年滿18歲或以上，並持有有效香港身份證明文件。 (ii) 下載「陪胖日記®」應用程式並註冊成為會員。 (iii) 點擊App內OneDegree PawBook Tag宣傳banner，進入並填妥指定登記表格（「表格」），提供真實及完整的個人資料，包括正確的順豐網點號碼／自取點。 (iv) 每位參加者只可登記一次，同一人／同一帳戶重複登記將被取消資格。
2. PawBook Tag 派送安排
(i) PawBook Tag數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。OneDegree不保證所有完成登記之參加者均能成功領取。 (ii) OneDegree將透過順豐速運（SF Express）寄送PawBook Tag至參加者在登記表格內提供的順豐網點號碼／自取點。 (iii) 參加者必須確保所填寫的順豐網點號碼正確無誤。派送地址一經提交後不可更改。 (iv) 順豐派送時間一般為登記確認後7–14個工作天（視乎順豐安排而定），實際到達時間以順豐通知為準。 (v) PawBook Tag（價值HK$298）一經寄出，OneDegree對派送過程中的延誤、遺失或損毀不承擔責任。參加者如有派送問題，請直接聯絡順豐速運查詢。 (vi) PawBook Tag不可兌換現金、不設退換、退款或轉讓。 (vii) OneDegree保留隨時修改PawBook Tag款式、顏色或配件之權利，無須另行通知。
3. 活動限制
(i) 此活動只限香港地區參加者。 (ii) OneDegree保留因任何原因（包括但不限於提供虛假資料、填寫錯誤順豐網點、違反條款、濫用活動等）取消參加者資格或不予派送之最終決定權，無須作出解釋。 (iii) 如參加者違反任何條款，OneDegree有權取消其領取資格及要求退回已派發之PawBook Tag。
4. 個人資料
(i) 參加此活動即視為參加者同意OneDegree收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址、順豐網點號碼及其他表格內提供的資料。 (ii) 收集目的：用於身份核實、活動行政、PawBook Tag派送、客戶服務及市場推廣（只限OneDegree及指定合作夥伴）。 (iii) 個人資料將按OneDegree私隱政策安全存儲，並僅保留至完成活動用途或符合法律要求為止。 (iv) 參加者有權查閱、更正或撤回同意其個人資料的使用，惟撤回同意可能導致無法完成派送。撤回申請請電郵至 dpo@onedegree.hk。
5. 修改及終止
OneDegree可隨時修改活動內容、派送安排或條款、或終止活動，無須事先通知。所有與活動相關之事項、爭議及條款解釋，均以OneDegree之決定為最終及具約束力。
6. 中英文版本
如中英文版本有任何歧異，以英文版本為準。
7. 適用法律
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並受香港法院非專屬司法管轄。
OneDegree PawBook Tag Free Redemption Campaign Terms and Conditions
The “OneDegree PawBook Tag Free Redemption Campaign” (“this Campaign”) is organised by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). This Campaign runs from now until stocks last (“Campaign Period”).
- Eligibility (i) Participants must be 18 years of age or above with valid Hong Kong identification. (ii) Download the PawBook® app and register as a member. (iii) Tap the promotional banner in the app and complete the registration form with accurate information, including a valid SF Express pickup point number. (iv) Each participant may register only once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Delivery of PawBook Tag (i) Stocks are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. (ii) OneDegree will arrange delivery of the PawBook Tag via SF Express to the SF pickup point number provided by the participant in the registration form. (iii) Participants are responsible for ensuring the SF pickup point number is correct and up-to-date. Once submitted, the pickup point cannot be changed. (iv) Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days after registration (subject to SF Express schedule). (v) OneDegree is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage during delivery. All delivery-related enquiries should be directed to SF Express. (vi) The PawBook Tag (valued at HK$298) is non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-transferable. (vii) OneDegree reserves the right to change the design, colour or accessories without notice.
- Campaign Restrictions (i) Open to Hong Kong residents only. (ii) OneDegree reserves the right to disqualify any participant or withhold delivery for breach of terms, provision of false information or suspicious activity. (iii)If Participant breaches any of the terms, OneDegree reserves the right to revoke their eligibility and require the return of any PawBook Tag that has already been distributed.
- Personal Data (i) By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to have consented to the collection of their personal data by OneDegree, including but not limited to name, contact number, email address, SF Express pickup point number, and any other information provided in the registration form. (ii) Purpose of Collection: The personal data collected will be used for identity verification, campaign administration, PawBook Tag delivery, customer service, and marketing purposes (limited to OneDegree and its designated business partners). (iii) Personal data will be securely stored in accordance with OneDegree’s Privacy Policy and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of this Campaign or as required by applicable laws. (iv) Participants have the right to access, correct, or withdraw their consent to the use of their personal data. However, withdrawing consent may result in the inability to complete the delivery of the PawBook Tag. Requests for withdrawal should be submitted by email to dpo@onedegree.hk.
- Amendments and Termination OneDegree may modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. All decisions are final and binding.
- Language In case of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
- Governing Law Governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
