《OneDegree 送你100香港貓迷博覽會2026入場券》條款及細則（「條款及細則」）
《OneDegree 送你 100 張香港貓迷博覽會2026入場券》（「本推廣」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦 。本推廣的有效日期為即日起至 2026 年 7月 26 日晚上 23 時 59 分（「推廣期」）。
1. 參加資格及禮品
(i) 參加者須完成以下 3 個步驟，並於於推廣期內填寫表格（「表格」）方為完成登記
- 讚好 OneDegree Facebook專頁 及 Instagram帳戶
- Facebook： 於指定 Facebook 帖文的留言區，上載參賽貓隻準備出席貓迷博覽會之服飾或造型照片。
Instagram： 於個人 Instagram 帳戶發布參賽貓隻準備出席貓迷博覽會之服飾或造型照片，並於帖文中標註（Tag）OneDegree Instagram帳戶。 - 讚好及轉發/ Share 遊戲帖文 (並設定為公開)
(ii) OneDegree 將選出 50位完成以上步驟及最有創意的參加者為得獎者
(iii) 每位獲獎人士可獲得 「香港貓迷博覽會2026」免費門票換領劵 2 張（「禮品」） 。
(iv) 任何未能滿足本條款及細則中提及的任何標準及/或要求將導致喪失禮品。
2. 禮品發放
(i) OneDegree 將會在 2026 年 7 月 27日起郵寄「香港貓迷博覽會2026」門票換領劵予獲獎人士。
(ii) 如因獲獎人士所提供的資料錯誤或不完整導致無法收到禮品，OneDegree 恕不負責。
(iii) 禮品無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。
(iv) 有關禮品之使用須受禮品供應商（香港貓迷博覽會2026）所定之條款及細則約束 。一切有關禮品之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡禮品供應商。
3. 個人信息
(i) 個人信息的收集：參加本推廣即視為參加者同意收集其個人信息，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及郵寄地址 。
(ii) 收集目的及分享：收集的個人信息僅用於與本推廣相關的用途。OneDegree 亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途 。獲參加本推廣即表示同意 OneDegree 以此目的收集及處理其個人資料。
(iii) 存儲及保留：個人信息將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止 。個人信息不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
(iv) 參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加本推廣資格。
(v) 條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人信息條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
4. 修改及終止
(i) OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止本推廣之權利，無需另行通知，並對本推廣相關之所有事宜或爭議以及本條款及細則的解釋擁有最終決定權 。
5. 中英文版本的差異
(ii) 如本條款及細則之英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準 。
6. 適用法律
(iii) 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋 。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄 。
Terms and Conditions for “OneDegree Gives You 100 Tickets to Hong Kong Cat Expo 2026” (“Terms and Conditions”)
“OneDegree Gives You 100 Tickets to Hong Kong Cat Expo 2026” (“the Promotion”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). The Promotion is valid from now until 23:59 on 26 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
1. Eligibility and Prize
(i) Participants must complete the following 3 steps and submit the form (“Form”) within the Promotion Period to successfully complete the registration:
- Like the OneDegree Facebook page and Instagram account.
- Facebook: Comment below with a photo of your cat’s outfit for the Cat Expo!
Instagram: Post your cat’s Cat Expo outfit and tag us @onedegree.hk! - Like and share/repost the contest post (set to public).
(ii) OneDegree will select 50 winners from the participants who have completed all the above steps and provided the most creative answers.
(iii) Each winner will receive 2 complimentary ticket redemption vouchers for the “Hong Kong Cat Expo 2026” (“Prize”).
(iv) Any failure to meet any of the criteria and/or requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from receiving the Prize.
2. Prize Distribution
(i) OneDegree will mail the complimentary ticket vouchers to winners starting from 27July 2026.
(ii) OneDegree shall not be responsible for any failure to receive the Prize due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Winner.
(iii) The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services under any circumstances.
(iv) The use of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions set by the supplier (Hong Kong Cat Expo 2026). Any inquiries or disputes regarding the Prize should be directed to the supplier.
3. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including but not limited to name, contact number, email address, and mailing address.
(ii) Purpose and Sharing: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to the Promotion. Anonymous data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.By participating, participants consent to OneDegree collecting and processing their peronal data for this purpose.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes or comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk , with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or via written notice.
4. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, and retains the final decision-making authority on all matters or disputes related to the Promotion and the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions.
5. Language Discrepancies
In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
