OneDegree 6周年 種子寵動員選拔 條款及細則
《OneDegree 6周年 種子寵動員選拔》（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。此活動日期為 2026 年 3 月 30 日至 2026 年 5 月 20 日（「活動期間」）。獲選之種子寵動員將於活動期間收到確認電郵通知。
1. 參加資格
參加者須於活動期間完成以下步驟：
（i）下載「陪胖日記®」應用程式並註冊成為會員。
（ii）於「陪胖日記®」內完成 PawBook Tag 綁定登記。
（iii）每日完成「陪胖日記®」內三項訓練任務（「每日訓練」），並累積活力指數以參與種子寵動員排行榜計算。
2. 每日訓練任務
參加者須於每日完成以下三項任務，方可獲得當日活力指數：
汪寵動員（狗）：
（i）散步訓練：使用「陪胖日記®」計時器，帶狗狗完成 20 分鐘或以上的散步。散步時速超過 10 公里／小時的部分將不計入訓練時數。散步訓練每日只限記錄一次。
（ii）睡眠紀錄：於每日訓練時選擇當日寵物睡眠時數選項。
（iii）換水紀錄：於每日訓練時選擇當日換水次數選項。
喵寵動員（貓）：
（i）跳躍力訓練：使用「陪胖日記®」拍攝貓貓跳躍過程，選取最高跳躍片段，系統將自動計算跳躍高度。跳躍力訓練每日只限記錄一次。
（ii）睡眠紀錄：於每日訓練時選擇當日寵物睡眠時數選項。
（iii）換水紀錄：於每日訓練時選擇當日換水次數選項。
3. 活力指數計算
（i）計算時間：系統每日凌晨 2:00（香港時間）自動計算前一日的活力指數，並於凌晨 2:05 或之前完成更新顯示。
（ii）顯示條件：只有完成全部三項訓練任務的日期，方會顯示當日活力指數。未完成三項任務的日期，活力指數不予顯示，並於種子寵動員排行榜計算時計為 0 分。
（iii）汪寵動員活力指數計算：活力指數由以下六個維度加權計算：移動距離、停留點數、活動時數、散步時數、睡眠紀錄及換水紀錄，基礎分數上限為 100 分，並加入每日訓練加成（詳見第 3(v) 條）。
（iv）喵寵動員活力指數計算：活力指數由以下三個維度加權計算：跳躍力訓練高度、睡眠紀錄及換水紀錄，基礎分數上限為 100 分，並加入每日訓練加成（詳見第 3(v) 條）。
（v）每日訓練加成：參加者每日完成三項訓練任務，可獲得累積訓練加成。活力指數加成隨累積完成天數遞增，並設有上限。每日最終活力指數上限為 100 分。
（vi）累積天數重置：若參加者連續 30 個日曆日未完成三項訓練任務，累積完成天數將重置為零，訓練加成亦重置為 +0，並於下次完成三項訓練任務後重新累計。
4. 種子寵動員排行榜計算
（i）種子寵動員排行榜按參加者的平均活力指數排列，計算方式如下：
平均活力指數 = 活動期間所有日期之活力指數總和 ÷ PawBook Tag 綁定後至活動結束之總天數
未完成三項訓練任務的日期，計為 0 分。
（ii）種子寵動員排行榜分設汪寵動員及喵寵動員兩個組別，各自獨立計算排名。
（iii）種子寵動員排行榜顯示截止日期為 2026 年 5 月 15 日。
5. 種子寵動員選拔及獎品
（i）此活動結束後，OneDegree 將根據種子寵動員排行榜結果，選出平均活力指數最高之汪寵動員前 50 名及喵寵動員前 50 名，共 100 位參加者成為「種子寵動員」（「得獎者」）。每位種子寵動員將可獲得以下專屬禮遇：(1) 優先報名參加「寵寵欲動 6 運會」6 項精英賽，爭奪限量版獎牌（2）免費獲贈限量版「寵寵欲動特級選手包」（3）免費參加「寵寵欲動 6 運會」人寵共融工作坊。
（ii）得獎者將於活動期間透過其「陪胖日記®」登記電郵收到確認通知，並須按通知內所列指引另行完成登記，方可兌換獎品。
（iii）獎品不可轉讓、不可兌換現金或其他替代品。
（iv）如出現平均活力指數相同的情況，將以 PawBook Tag 綁定日期較早之參加者優先獲選。若綁定日期亦相同，OneDegree 保留以其認為合適的方式決定最終得獎者的權利，其決定具有最終約束力。
6. 跳躍力訓練內容之使用授權
（i）參加者於「陪胖日記®」跳躍力訓練中上載之照片及影片，即視為不可撤銷地授予 OneDegree 永久、免版稅、全球性的權利，使用、複製、分發及展示該等內容於宣傳及行銷用途，包括但不限於社交媒體、網站及其他推廣渠道。
（ii）參加者保證其上載的照片及影片不侵犯任何第三方權利，包括版權及知識產權。若有任何違規，參加者將被取消資格並須承擔相關賠償責任。
7. 公平參與原則
（i）參加者不得以任何人工、自動化或欺詐性手段操控活力指數或種子寵動員排行榜排名，包括但不限於使用軟件程式、虛假數據或任何其他不正當方式。
（ii）OneDegree 保留對任何可疑行為進行調查的權利，並可在不另行通知的情況下取消相關參加者的資格。
（iii）同一用戶帳戶下的多隻寵物可分別參與此活動，種子寵動員排行榜排名按個別寵物計算。
8. 個人資料
（i）個人資料之收集： 參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在「陪胖日記®」應用程式內提供的其他資料。
（ii）收集目的： 收集的個人資料將用於與此活動相關的用途（如身份核實、獎品發放及行政工作），以及用於 OneDegree 私隱政策中所述之其他目的，包括但不限於產品行銷、推廣及直接促銷。OneDegree 亦可能將匿名數據用於分析用途。
（iii）存儲及保留： 個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（iv）參加者責任： 參加者需確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或獎品。
（v）參加者權利： 參加者有權要求：a. 訪問 OneDegree 所持的個人資料；b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料；c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至 OneDegree 的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將盡快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動資格。
（vi）條款修改： OneDegree 保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過 OneDegree 的網站或書面形式通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
9. 修改及終止
OneDegree 可隨時修改及／或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以 OneDegree 的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
10. 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
11. 適用法律
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄並依其解釋，且參加者須接受香港特區法院的非專屬管轄。
OneDegree 6th Anniversary: Seeded Paw-thletes Selection Terms and Conditions
“OneDegree 6th Anniversary: Seeded Paw-thletes Selection” (“this Event”) is organised by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). This Event runs from 30 March 2026 to 20 May 2026 (“Event Period”). Selected Seeded Paw-thletes will be notified via confirmation email during the Event Period.
1. Eligibility
Participants must complete the following steps during the Event Period:
(i) Download the PawBook app and register as a member.
(ii) Complete PawBook Tag binding registration within the PawBook app.
(iii) Complete the three daily training tasks (“Daily Training”) within the PawBook app each day and accumulate a Vitality Score to be included in the Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard calculation.
2. Daily Training Tasks
Participants must complete all three daily tasks to receive a Vitality Score for that day:
Dog Paw-thletes:
(i) Walk Training: Use the PawBook app timer to complete a walk of 20 minutes or more. Periods where speed exceeds 10 km/h will be excluded from the recorded duration. Walk training may only be recorded once per day.
(ii) Sleep Record: Select the pet’s sleep duration option when completing the daily training tasks.
(iii) Water Record: Select the water change frequency option when completing the daily training tasks.
Cat Paw-thletes:
(i) Jump Training: Use the PawBook app to record the cat’s jumping process and select the highest jump clip. The system will automatically calculate the jump height. Jump training may only be recorded once per day.
(ii) Sleep Record: Select the pet’s sleep duration option when completing the daily training tasks.
(iii) Water Record: Select the water change frequency option when completing the daily training tasks.
3. Vitality Score Calculation
(i) Calculation Time: The system automatically calculates the previous day’s Vitality Score at 2:00 AM (HKT) each day, with results available by 2:05 AM.
(ii) Display Condition: A Vitality Score will only be displayed for days on which the participant has completed all three training tasks. Days with incomplete or missing tasks will not display a score and will be counted as 0 in the Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard calculation.
(iii) Dog Paw-thlete Vitality Score Calculation: The Vitality Score is calculated across six weighted dimensions: Travel Distance, Stay Points, Active Hours, Walk Duration, Sleep Record, and Water Record. The base score is capped at 100, with a daily training bonus added (see Clause 3(v)).
(iv) Cat Paw-thlete Vitality Score Calculation: The Vitality Score is calculated across three weighted dimensions: Jump Training Height, Sleep Record, and Water Record. The base score is capped at 100, with a daily training bonus added (see Clause 3(v)).
(v) Daily Training Bonus: Participants completing all tasks will receive a cumulative bonus that increases based on consecutive active days, subject to a cap. The final daily Vitality Score is capped at 100 points.
(vi) Cumulative Days Reset: If a participant fails to complete all three training tasks for 30 consecutive calendar days, their cumulative completed days will reset to zero, and the training bonus will reset to +0, recommencing from the next day on which all three training tasks are completed.
4. Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard Calculation
(i) The Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard ranks participants by Average Vitality Score, calculated as follows:
Average Vitality Score = Sum of all daily Vitality Scores during the Event Period ÷ Total number of days from PawBook Tag binding to the end of the Event Period
Days on which the three training tasks are not completed are counted as 0.
(ii) The Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard is divided into two separate categories: Dog Paw-thletes and Cat Paw-thletes, each ranked independently.
(iii) The Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard closes on 15 May 2026.
5. Seeded Paw-thletes Selection and Prizes
(i) Upon conclusion of the Event, OneDegree will select the top 50 Dog Paw-thletes and top 50 Cat Paw-thletes by Average Vitality Score, totalling 100 participants as “Seeded Paw-thletes” (“Winners”). Each Seeded Paw-thlete will receive the following exclusive privileges (“Prize”): (1) Priority registration for 6 elite competitions at the Paw-fit Pet Sports Day, with the opportunity to compete for limited-edition medals, (2) A complimentary limited-edition “Paw-fit VIP Paw-thlete Pack” and (3) A complimentary place at the Human-Pet Bonding Workshop at the Paw-fit Pet Sports Day.
(ii) Winners will be notified during the Event Period via the email address registered in their PawBook account and must complete a separate registration process as instructed in the notification in order to redeem their Prize.
(iii) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
(iv) In the event of a tie in Average Vitality Score, the participant whose PawBook Tag was bound on an earlier date shall take priority. If the binding dates are also identical, OneDegree reserves the right to determine the final Winners in such manner as it deems appropriate, and such decision shall be final and binding.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights of Jump Training Content
(i) By uploading photos and videos in the Jump Training feature of the PawBook app, participants irrevocably grant OneDegree a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and other promotional channels.
(ii) Participants warrant that all uploaded photos and videos do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights. Any violation will result in disqualification, and participants shall indemnify OneDegree against any third-party claims arising from such violations.
7. Fair Participation
(i) Participants must not manipulate their Vitality Score or Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard ranking by any artificial, automated, or fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of software programmes, falsified data, or any other improper methods.
(ii) OneDegree reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to disqualify any participant without prior notice.
(iii) A single user account may enter multiple pets, with each pet’s Seeded Paw-thletes Leaderboard ranking calculated independently.
8. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email address, and any other information provided through the PawBook app.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used for purposes related to this Event (such as identity verification, communication, prize distribution, and other administrative tasks) and for other purposes as stated in OneDegree’s Privacy Policy, including but not limited to product marketing, promotion, and direct marketing.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil relevant purposes or to comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in disqualification or failure to receive notifications or prizes.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with a clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or via written notice.
9. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the Event and its Terms and Conditions shall be subject to OneDegree’s final decision, which shall be binding.
10. Language Discrepancies
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
