《OneDegree 2027日曆大製作》條款與細則
1. 此活動（「活動」）由OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦，有效期為即日起至2026年10月31日(包括首尾兩天)（「活動期」）。獲選的參加者將於2026年11月30日或之前收到確認電郵通知。
2. 提交資格
參加者必須在活動期內完成以下要求：
(i) 加入OneDegree Instagram 最新資訊頻道
(ii) 下載陪胖日記® App並註冊成為會員
(iii) 填寫OneDegree指定的表格（「表格」），並上載螢幕截圖以作證明已完成上述步驟(i)至(ii)。
3. 相片上載要求
相片須符合指定的提交指引，包括格式、檔案大小及檔案格式要求，方可符合活動資格：
（i）內容：相片內容必須與寵物相關，寵物種類不限。內容不得包含任何違法、冒犯、淫穢、暴力、歧視或損害動物福祉的元素。OneDegree保留權利拒絕任何不符合要求的相片。
（ii）檔案大小：檔案大小上限為10MB。超過此限制的相片將不予接受。
（iii）檔案格式：相片格式必須為 jpg, jpeg, jpe, png,或tiff。其他格式的相片將不予接受。
（iv）參加者須確保相片正確上載至指定平台。OneDegree對於因第三方平台問題導致的文件損壞、不完整上載或提交失敗不負任何責任。
4. 提交相片的所有權及使用權
（i）授權：參加者提交相片即視為不可撤銷地授予OneDegree永久、免版稅、全球性及排他性的權利，使用、複製、分發、編輯、展示及以其他方式使用相片，用於宣傳、行銷及其他用途，包括但不限於： a. 在OneDegree的社交媒體平台（例如Facebook、Instagram、YouTube及其他官方渠道）上發布相片； b. 在OneDegree的實體活動中展示相片，活動次數及展示時間不設上限。
（ii）改編素材的所有權：由OneDegree改編、修改或剪輯的相片版本將成為OneDegree的專屬財產。參加者放棄對改編版本提出所有權、版稅或補償的任何要求。
（iii）商業及非商業用途：OneDegree有權將提交的相片用於商業及非商業用途，包括廣告、展示及宣傳材料等，無需事先通知參加者或提供補償。
（iv）保留期限：提交的相片可被OneDegree無限期保留及使用，除非適用法律或規例另有規定。
（v）法律合規及賠償責任：參加者保證提交的相片不涉及侵犯任何版權、知識產權、隱私權或其他第三方權利的情況，並已獲得相片中涉及的所有人士或實體的必要授權。任何違規行為將導致參賽資格被取消。參加者須彌償OneDegree因參加者違反本條款及細則，以及 OneDegree 使用及/或發布參加者提交的相片而引致 OneDegree 可能遭受的所有申索、成本、費用、開支、損失及責任(包括但不限於任何第三方對OneDegree提出的索賠)。
5. 個人信息
（i）個人信息的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人信息，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在表格中提供的其他信息。
（ii）收集目的：收集的個人信息僅用於與本活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放（如適用）及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）第三方共享：個人信息可能會與經授權的第三方共享，用於與活動相關的目的。OneDegree將確保任何第三方遵守嚴格的保密及數據保護標準。
（iv）存儲及保留：個人信息將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。信息不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（v）參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人信息準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的信息可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或獎品。
（vi）參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人信息； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的信息； c. 撤回對其個人信息使用的同意。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去活動資格。
（vii）條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人信息條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
6. OneDegree可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以OneDegree的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。 OneDegree 保留拒絕接納任何相片或取消任何參加者資格的權利，且無需說明理由。
7. 中英文版本的差異：如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
8. 適用法律：本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄並依其解釋，且參加者須接受香港特區法院的非專屬管轄。
OneDegree 2027 Calendar Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Period & Notification
This campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). The Campaign period is valid from now until 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”). Selected participants will receive a confirmation email notification on or before 10 November 2026.
2. Eligibility and Submission Requirements
To be eligible, participants must complete all of the following requirements during the Campaign Period:
(i) Join OneDegree’s Instagram channel
(ii) Download the PawBook App ® and register as a member; and
(iii) Complete the designated form on OneDegree’s official blog (“Form”) and upload screenshots as proof of completion of steps (i) to (ii) above.
3. Photo Upload Requirements
Photos must strictly comply with the specified submission guidelines, including requirements regarding content, file size, and file format, to qualify for the Campaign:
(i) Content: The photo content must be related to pets, with no limitation on pet species. The content must not contain any element that is unlawful, offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or detrimental to animal welfare. OneDegree reserves the right to reject any photo that does not meet these requirements.
(ii) File Size: The maximum file size limit is 10MB. Photos exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
(iii) File Format: Photos must be submitted in jpg, jpeg, jpe, png, or tiff format. Photos in other formats will not be accepted.
(iv) Upload Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring that photos are correctly uploaded to the designated platform. OneDegree assumes no responsibility or liability for file corruption, incomplete uploads, or submission failures resulting from third-party platform issues.
4. Ownership and Right to Use Submitted Photos
(i) Grant of License: By submitting a photo, the participant is deemed to irrevocably grant OneDegree a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, display, and otherwise exploit the photo for promotional, marketing, and other purposes, including but not limited to:
a. Publishing the photo on OneDegree’s social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other official channels); and
b. Displaying the photo at OneDegree’s physical events, without restriction on the number of events or display duration.
(ii) Ownership of Adapted Materials: Any versions of the photo adapted, modified, or edited by OneDegree shall become the exclusive property of OneDegree. Participants waive all claims to ownership, royalties, or compensation regarding any adapted versions.
(iii) Commercial and Non-Commercial Use: OneDegree has the right to use submitted photos for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including advertisements, display materials, and promotional collaterals, without prior notice or compensation to participants.
(iv) Retention Period: Submitted photos may be retained and used indefinitely by OneDegree, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws or regulations.
(v) Legal Compliance and Indemnity: Participants warrant that the submitted photos do not infringe upon any copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights, and that all necessary consents and authorizations have been obtained from any individuals or entities depicted in the photos. Any violation will result in disqualification. Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless OneDegree against all claims, costs, fees, expenses, losses, and liabilities (including but not limited to any third-party claims against OneDegree) incurred or suffered by OneDegree arising out of or in connection with the participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or OneDegree’s use and/or publication of the submitted photos.
5. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to consent to the collection of their personal data, including but not limited to name, contact phone number, email address, and other information provided in the Form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Collected personal data will only be used for purposes directly related to the Campaign, such as participant identity verification, contact, prize distribution (if applicable), and other administrative matters. OneDegree may also use anonymized data for analytical and reporting purposes.
(iii) Third-Party Sharing: Personal data may be shared with authorized third parties for Campaign-related purposes. OneDegree will ensure that any third party complies with strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
(iv) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the Campaign-related purposes or to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
(v) Participant’s Responsibility: Participants must ensure that the personal data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to disqualification or failure to receive relevant notifications or prizes.
(vi) Participant’s Rights: Participants have the right to request:
a. Access to their personal data held by OneDegree;
b. Correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data; and
c. Withdrawal of consent to the use of their personal data.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted by emailing OneDegree’s Data Protection Officer (dpo@onedegree.hk) stating clearly the purpose or request. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as practicable. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Campaign.
(vii) Amendments to Data Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to alter or update the personal data terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments or updates will be communicated via OneDegree’s website or in writing (which may include electronic formats) and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
6. General Discretion & Termination
OneDegree may modify and/or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding any matters, disputes, or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions related to the Campaign shall be at OneDegree’s sole discretion, which shall be final and binding. OneDegree reserves the right to reject any photo submission or disqualify any participant without providing any reason.
7. Prevalence of English Version
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong SAR”). Participants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
