《OneDegree 2026月曆大製作》條款與細則
《OneDegree 2026月曆大製作》（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦，此活動舉辦日期為即日起至2025年12月31日（「活動期間」），得獎者將於2026年1月31日或之前收到確認電郵通知。
1. 參加資格
參加者須於活動期間按照相關電郵或社交平台發文的指示完成參加步驟，並以下列方式（如適用）完成登記：
凡於活動期間於OneDegree陪胖日記提交日記之註冊用戶皆可參加。
2. 得獎者選拔
(i) 此活動結束後，將選出提交日記最多的前100名參加者為得獎者（「得獎者」）。
(ii) 經得獎者同意後，每位得獎者將獲得一份以其日記中照片及日記內容製作的實體2026年月曆（「獎品」）。
(iii) 若出現提交數量相同者，將以OneDegree系統顯示的提交時間排序決定名次為準。
3. 提交照片及日記內容的所有權及使用權
（i）授權：參加者提交照片及日記內容即視為不可撤銷地授予OneDegree永久、免版稅、全球性及排他性的權利，使用、複製、分發、編輯、展示及以其他方式使用照片，用於宣傳、行銷及其他用途，包括但不限於： a. 在OneDegree的社交媒體平台（例如Facebook、Instagram、YouTube及其他官方渠道）上發布照片及日記內容； b. 在OneDegree的實體活動中展示照片及日記內容，活動次數及展示時間不設上限; c. 供OneDegree製作及發行獎品。
（ii）改編素材的所有權：由OneDegree改編、修改或剪輯的照片及日記內容將成為OneDegree的專屬財產。參加者放棄對改編版本提出所有權、版稅或補償的任何要求。
（iii）商業及非商業用途：OneDegree有權將提交的照片及日記內容用於商業及非商業用途，包括廣告、展示及宣傳材料等，無需事先通知參加者或提供補償。
（iv）保留期限：提交的照片及日記內容可被OneDegree無限期保留及使用，除非適用法律或規例另有規定。
（v）法律合規：參加者保證提交的照片及日記內容不涉及侵犯任何版權、知識產權、隱私權或其他第三方權利的情況，並已獲得相片中涉及的所有人士或實體的必要授權。任何違規行為將導致參賽資格被取消。參加者應賠償OneDegree因違規行為而引致的任何第三方對OneDegree提出的索賠。
（vii）賠償責任：參加者同意賠償並保護OneDegree免受因照片及日記內容提交、使用或發布引起的任何索賠、責任、損害或費用。
4. 個人資料
（i）個人資料的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話及電子郵件地址。
（ii）收集目的：收集的個人資料僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）存儲及保留：個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關的用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（iv）參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或獎品。
（v）參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動資格。
（vi）條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
5. 條款修改及活動終止
OneDegree可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以OneDegree的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
6. 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
7. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄，並受其法院的非專屬司法管轄權所約束。
“OneDegree 2026 Calendar Creation” Terms and Conditions
“OneDegree 2026 Calendar Creation” (“Campaign”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”), this campaign runs from now until 31 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”). Winners will be notified via confirmation email on or before 31 January 2026.
1. Eligibility
Participants must follow the instructions provided via relevant emails or social media posts during the Campaign Period and complete registration through one of the following methods (as applicable):
All registered users who submit diary entries in OneDegree PawBook during the Campaign Period are eligible to participate.
2. Winner Selection
(i) After the Campaign ends, the top 100 participants who submit the most diary entries will be selected as winners (“Winners”).
(ii) Upon the Winner’s consent, each Winner will receive a physical 2026 calendar featuring photos and diary content submitted by the participant (“Prize”).
(iii) In the event of a tie in submission count, ranking will be determined based on the submission time recorded in the OneDegree system.
3. Ownership and Usage Rights of Submitted Photos and Diary Content
(i) Authorization: By submitting photos and diary content, participants irrevocably grant OneDegree a permanent, royalty-free, worldwide, and exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, display, and otherwise utilize the materials for promotional, marketing, and other purposes, including but not limited to: a. Publishing on OneDegree’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other official channels); b. Displaying at OneDegree’s physical events without limitation on frequency or duration; c. Producing and distributing the Prize.
(ii) Ownership of Adapted Materials: Any photos or diary content adapted, modified, or edited by OneDegree will become the exclusive property of OneDegree. Participants waive any claims to ownership, royalties, or compensation for such adapted versions.
(iii) Commercial and Non-Commercial Use: OneDegree reserves the right to use submitted photos or diary content for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including advertising, displays, and promotional materials, without prior notice or compensation to participants.
(iv) Retention Period: Submitted photos and diary content may be retained and used by OneDegree indefinitely, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.
(v) Legal Compliance: Participants warrant that their submitted photos or diary content do not infringe on any copyrights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights, and that all necessary permissions have been obtained from individuals or entities featured in the photos. Any violation will result in disqualification, and participants shall indemnify OneDegree against any third-party claims arising from such violations.
(vi) Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold OneDegree harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the submission, use, or publication of their photos and diary content.
4. Personal Data
(i) ollection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number and email.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, contact, prize distribution, and administrative tasks. Anonymous personal data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill relevant purposes related to this Event or to comply with legal obligations. Personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may result in disqualification or failure to receive notifications/tickets.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted via email to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data usage terms without prior notice. Such changes will be notified via the website or written means (possibly electronic), and will take effect immediately upon publication.
5. Amendments & Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the Event and its Terms and Conditions shall be subject to OneDegree’s final decision, which shall be binding.
6. Language Discrepancies
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
