「唔該，3位，有狗狗！🐶」— 狗狗餐廳禮儀速成班（「本活動」）條款及細則
「唔該，3位，有狗狗！🐶」— 狗狗餐廳禮儀速成班（「本活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。本活動將於 2026年8月9日（星期日）中午12:00至下午2:00 於 Happy Moment by H Properties（上環無極限廣場6樓）（「場地」） 舉行。
1. 參加資格、費用及報名安排
(i) 本活動費用（原價$300，已包括2人 + 1狗）
根據會員級別實行分級收費：
星級毛範生 / Lv.3 毛範生：免費
Lv.2 毛範生：$150
Lv.1 毛範生 / 準毛範生：$200
基本會員：$250
(ii) 報名截止日期為 2026年8月2日晚上11:59。參加者須於截止時間前填妥指定報名表格並成功繳付相關費用（如適用），方可確認參加資格。
(iii) 報名一經確認及付款後，除因本活動取消外，所有已繳付的費用在任何情況下均不設退款或轉讓。
(iv) 逾期未完成報名或付款者，將被視為放棄參加資格。
2. 本活動內容
(i) 每組成功報名的參加者（最多包含2名成人及1隻狗狗）可參與由專業導師指導的狗狗餐廳禮儀速成訓練，重點包括：常見狗狗於餐廳行為問題及應對方法、如何提升狗狗在陌生環境下的穩定性、以及主人帶狗外出用餐時的實用貼士。
(ii) 本活動所提供之內容、教材或建議僅供個人參考及交流用途。
(iii) 參加者須遵從現場工作人員及導師的指示完成本活動流程。
3. 注意事項及責任
(i) 本活動所提供的訓練方法、技巧及建議屬一般教育及分享性質，並不構成任何專業獸醫、寵物行為治療或醫療診斷。每隻狗狗的性格、健康狀況及學習進度各有不同，主人須自行評估狗狗是否適合參與及應用相關技巧。
(ii) 在法律容許的最大範圍內，OneDegree對因參與本活動（包括但不限於訓練過程、現場互動）所引致之任何直接、間接、附帶或相應之損失、損害、受傷（包括對人或寵物或財物）概不負責。
(iii) 參加者須自行妥善保管其個人物品。OneDegree對任何遺失、損毀或被盜之財物概不負責。
(iv) 寵物安全及控制： 參加者帶同狗狗參加本活動時，必須確保狗狗在場內受到適當的控制（如全程扣上牽引繩）及照顧，並遵守場地及OneDegree的規則。如因狗狗行為引致任何人身傷害、其他寵物受傷、或場地或他人財物損壞，其責任須全部由該狗狗的主人/持有人自行承擔。
(v) 嚴禁攜帶格鬥狗隻（比特鬥牛㹴、阿根廷杜告狗、日本土佐犬、巴西非拉狗及四品種混種）及已知危險狗隻入場。
(vi) 職員可能會要求入場人士出示以下文件：
- 狗牌（由漁農自然護理署發出）：須清楚顯示有效（未過期）的預防狂犬病（Rabies）疫苗證明及犬隻晶片號碼。
- 針咭：須清楚顯示已接種預防一般傳染病疫苗之有效紀錄。
凡未能出示有效狗牌、針咭，或未能通過晶片掃描者，將被拒絕入場。
4. 個人資料
(i) 個人資料之收集： 參加本活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址、會員級別及在表格中提供的其他資料。
(ii) 收集目的： 收集的個人資料僅用於與本活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份與會員級別核實、聯絡、款項確認及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
(iii) 存儲及保留： 個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成本活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
(iv) 參加者權利： 參加者有權要求： a. 訪問 OneDegree 所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至 OneDegree 的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加本活動資格。
(v) 條款修改： OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無須事先通知。
5. 惡劣天氣及活動安排
(i) 如遇惡劣天氣（如八號或以上颱風信號、黑色暴雨警告）或不可預見之情況，OneDegree保留更改、延期或取消本活動之權利。
(ii) 有關本活動變更或延期之安排，將以OneDegree官方渠道公佈或個別通知為準。
6. 入場及場地安排
(i) 本活動場地容量有限，基於安全考慮及人流管制，OneDegree保留拒絕未經預約者進場、或要求不遵守秩序之參加者/寵物離場之最終決定權。
(ii) 參加者於場內必須遵守 Happy Moment by H Properties 之場地規則及現場工作人員之指示。
7. 修改及終止
OneDegree保留隨時修改及/或終止本活動內容、費用及條款的權利，而無須另行通知。所有爭議及條款詮釋均以OneDegree最終決定為準。
8. 中英文版本
如本條款之中英文版本有任何歧異，概以英文版本為準。
9. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並受香港法院的非專屬管轄。
Table for 3 with a Doggie! 🐶” — Dog Restaurant Etiquette Crash Course (the “Event”) — Terms and Conditions
The “Excuse me, Table for 3 with a Doggie! 🐶” — Dog Restaurant Manner Course (the “Event”) is organised by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). The Event will be held on Sunday, 9 August 2026 (12:00 PM to 2:00 PM) at Happy Moment by H Properties (6/F, Infinitus Plaza, Sheung Wan) (“Venue”).
1. Eligibility, Fees, and Registration
(i) The Event fee (Original Price $300, includes 2 Persons + 1 Dog) is tiered based on membership levels:
- Star Pawbassador / Lv.3 Pawbassador : Free
- Lv.2 Pawbassador : $150
- Lv.1 Pawbassador / Pre-Pawbassador: $200
- Basic Member: $250
(ii) The registration deadline is 2 August 2026 at 11:59 PM. Participants must complete the designated registration form and successfully settle the relevant payment (if applicable) before the deadline to confirm eligibility.
(iii) Once registration is confirmed and payment is made, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except in the event of Event cancellation by OneDegree.
(iv) Participants who fail to complete registration or payment by the deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility.
2. Event Details
(i) Each successful registered group (maximum 2 adults and 1 dog) may participate in the crash course led by a professional trainer. The training focus includes: common dog behavioural issues in restaurants and solutions, improving dog stability in unfamiliar environments, and practical tips for owners dining out with dogs.
(ii) Content, materials, or advice provided during the Event are for personal reference and informational purposes only.
(iii) Participants must follow all instructions provided by staff and trainers during the Event.
3. Disclaimer and Liability
(i) The training methods, techniques, and advice provided in the Event are for general educational and sharing purposes only, and do not constitute professional veterinary, pet behavioural therapy, or medical diagnosis. As each dog’s personality, health status, and learning pace vary, owners are responsible for assessing their dog’s suitability for participating and applying the techniques.
(ii) To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneDegree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury (including to persons or pets or property) arising from participation in the Event (including but not limited to the training process and on-site interactions).
(iii) Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. OneDegree shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
(iv) Pet Safety and Control: Participants bringing dogs must ensure their dogs are under proper control (such as being always kept on a leash) and supervision, and comply with all Venue and OneDegree’s rules. Owners/handlers shall be solely and fully liable for any personal injury, injury to other pets, or damage to Venue or any personal property caused by their dogs.
(v) Fighting breeds (Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Tosa, Fila Brasileiro, and their crossbreeds) and known dangerous dogs are strictly prohibited from the venue.
(vi) Staff may request the following documents upon entry:
- Dog Licence (issued by AFCD) : Must clearly show a valid (unexpired) Rabies vaccination record and display the dog’s microchip number
- Vaccination Card: Must clearly show proof of vaccination against common infectious diseases
Dogs whose owners cannot present the required documents, or fail the microchip check, will not be admitted.
4. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email address, and any other information provided through the form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity and membership verification, communication, payment confirmation, and other administrative tasks. Anonymous data may be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil relevant purposes or to comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted via email to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event. OneDegree
(v) Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice.
5. Weather and Event Arrangements
(i) In case of adverse weather (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning) or unforeseen circumstances, OneDegree reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event.
(ii) Announcements regarding postponement or cancellation will be made via OneDegree’s official channels or notified individually.
6. Entry and Venue
(i) Due to limited Venue capacity and for safety and crowd control reasons, OneDegree reserves the final right to refuse entry to unregistered individuals or require disruptive participants/pets to leave the Venue.
(ii) During the Event, Participants must comply with the Venue rules of Happy Moment by H Properties and all instructions provided by the staff.
7. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to amend or terminate the Event content, fees, and terms at any time without prior notice. All decisions and interpretations of the terms by OneDegree shall be final and binding.
8. Language
In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
