《寵物與飼主家庭生活調查》問卷條款及細則 Pet and Owner Household Lifestyle Survey Terms and Conditions

- 本推廣(「本推廣」)的有效日期為即日起至2025年11月25日 (「推廣期」) 。
- 僅現持有OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）承保的有效寵物保險保單（「有效寵物保險保單」）的持有人或成功登記之OneDegree會員，並成功填寫由OneDegree所發佈的《寵物與飼主家庭生活調查》問卷（「指定問卷」），方可成為合資格獲獎人士（「合資格獲獎人士」），免費獲得一（1）張港幣50元OneDegree寵物百貨電子禮券 (「禮品」)。
- 合資格獲獎人士將於2025年12月19日或之前通過在填寫指定問卷時提交的電郵收到禮品換領信（「換領信」），如因參加者所提供的資料錯誤或不完整導致無法成功收取換領信，OneDegree恕不負責。如果禮品供應有變，OneDegree將以同等價值的同類貨品代替，恕不另行通知。
- 禮品及換領信無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。
- 任何未能滿足本條款及細則中提及的任何標準及/或要求將導致喪失禮品，並且不會安排任何退款。
- OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止本推廣之權利，並對本推廣相關之所有事宜或爭議以及條款和條件的解釋擁有最終決定權。
- 此條款及細則中英文版之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版為準。
- 此條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄。
- This promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from now until 25 Nov 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Only the current policyholders of an effective pet insurance policy (ies) (“Effective Pet Insurance Policy (ies) “) underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) or successfully registered as a OneDegree member and successfully completed the ‘Pet and Owner Household Lifestyle Survey’ questionnaire published by OneDegree (Designated Questionnaire) shall be deemed as Eligible Winners (“Eligible Winners”) to receive one (1) HK$50 OneDegree Pet Mart e-Coupon (the “Reward”).
- Eligible Winners will receive the gift redemption letter (“Redemption Letter”) via the email provided in the designated questionnaire on or before 19 Dec 2025.. OneDegree is not responsible for any failure to receive the Redemption Letter due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant. If there are changes in reward availability, OneDegree will substitute it with a similar item of equal value without further notice.
- The Reward and Redemption Letter cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products or services under any circumstances.
- Failure to meet any criteria and/or requirements mentioned in these Terms and Conditions will result in the loss of the Reward , and no refund will be arranged.
- OneDegree may amend and/ or terminate this Promotion without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
