- 獲選出席 OneDegree 4 周年尊寵月 —「毛」分彼此領養日 免費寵物保健諮詢 之參加者會於 4 月 24 日或之前收到確認電郵通知。未能入圍的報名將不作另行通知。
Selected participants attending “OneDegree Pawful April – Adoption Day: Boundless Love, Furever Homes – Free Pet Health Consultation”, will receive a confirmation email notification by April 24th or earlier.Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified separately. - 所有禮品及資格不能兌換為現金、其他產品、服務或折扣優惠。
All gifts and qualifications cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services, or discount offers. - 因活動未能提供醫療儀器等輔助，是次保健諮詢只屬觸診性質，不可被視作正式臨床診斷結果，如寵物在參加前已出現病況，為免延誤病情，寵物主人應及早帶其寵物前往獸醫診所就診。
Due to the unavailability of medical equipment and other aids, this health consultation is limited to physical examination and should not be considered as an official clinical diagnosis. If your pet has pre-existing medical conditions before participating, it is advisable for pet owners to promptly take their pets to a veterinary clinic for proper examination and treatment to avoid any delay in addressing the condition. - 參加者在登記時必須出示參與的狗隻或貓隻有效之疫苗針卡，狗隻針卡需清楚顯示已接種預防一般傳染病的疫苗，貓隻針卡需楚顯示未過期的F3/F4/F5疫苗證明。在場職員有權要求參加者出示相關有效針卡，如未能提供 ，其參加資格有機會被取消。
Participants must present a valid vaccination card for their dog or cat when registering. For dogs, the vaccination card should clearly indicate that they have been vaccinated against common infectious diseases. For cats, the vaccination card should clearly indicate that their F3/F4/F5 vaccinations are not expired. The staff present have the right to request participants to show their relevant valid vaccination cards. Failure to provide these cards may result in the cancellation of their participation eligibility. - 請各寵物主人採取適當的保護及預防措施，防止寵物受傳染病或寄生蟲感染或感染其他寵物。
It must be confirmed that the pets do not have any infectious or high-risk long-term diseases - 參加者參加此活動即代表其了解、接受及願意遵守本公司就此活動所訂立的條款及細則和接受本公司擁有此等條款及細則所述的權利。 By participating in this activity, participants signify their understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions established by our company regarding this activity, and acknowledge the rights possessed by our company as described in these terms and conditions.
- 參加者應注意自身及其寵物安全，並妥善管束寵物，以免寵物走失，或對其他參加者或寵物造成滋擾或傷害。 Participants should pay attention to the safety of themselves and their pets, and keep their pets under control effectively, in order not to cause any loss of pets, nuisance or danger to other people and pets.
- 所有寵物在活動範圍內必須以配戴牽引帶。如狗隻重量超過20公斤，牽引帶長度不應超過2米。
All pet(s) must remain on leashes during the event. For dogs over 20kg should be on a leash of not more than 2m in length - 無論何時均須嚴格遵守《公眾衞生(動物及禽鳥)條例》(第139章)、《貓狗條例》(第167章)、《防止殘酷對待動物條例》(第169章)、《狂犬病條例》(第421章)及《保護瀕危動植物物種條例》(第586章)，以及該等條例的附屬法例和所有其他相關法例的規定。
The Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance (Cap.139), the Dogs and Cats Ordinance (Cap. 167), the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance (cap. 169), the Rabies Ordinance (Cap. 421) and the Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance (Cap. 586), and their subsidiary legislations and all other relevant legislations must be fully complied with at all times. - 如寵物於活動期間被發現以下徵狀，場內工作人員有權要求參加者帶同寵物離場。 寵物在活動期間被發現患病 寵物對其他參加者或寵物表現出侵略性 參加者未能或沒有能力控制寵物
OneDegree reserves the right to deny any dog to join the event if: microchip is not found and/or vaccine status is not clear; the pet(s) is showing signs of illness; the pet(s) is showing aggression toward any pet(s) or person(s); the pet(s) cannot be controlled by the owner or handler. - 如果於活動開始前3小時 (早上9時)，三號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號，或黃色/紅色/黑色暴雨警告信號仍然生效，活動將會取消。主辦方有機會作出延期安排，詳情將於稍後公布。
If a Typhoon Signal number 3 or above, or Rainstorm Amber/ Red/ Black Warning Signal is still in effect 3 hours before the event (at 8am), the event will be canceled. There is a potential for rescheduling, and additional information will be announced later. - 本公司就得獎者名單、參加/得獎資格及獎品等保留最終決定權，毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，OneDegree HK Limited 保留最終決定權。 OneDegee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the list of winners, participation/eligibility, and prizes, without further notice.
