如無法提交表格，請以電郵提交寵物姓名、主人姓名、電話號碼、聯絡電郵、影片及截圖。
參加者以電郵提交即確定其為影片之持有人，同意及授權OneDegree刊登及使用影片，並同意個人資料收集聲明及接受OneDegree最新的市場推廣資訊。
《OneDegree寵你一世影片大募集》條款與細則
1. 此活動（「活動」）由OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦，有效期為即日起至2025年5月28日（「活動期」）。獲選的參加者將於2025年6月14日或之前收到確認電郵通知。
2. 提交資格
參加者必須在活動期內完成以下要求：（i）訂閱OneDegree的官方YouTube帳號；（ii）對指定的OneDegree社交媒體貼文留言；及（iii）填寫OneDegree指定博客上的表格（「表格」）。
3. 影片上載要求
影片須符合指定的提交指引，包括格式、時長、檔案大小及檔案格式要求，方可符合活動資格：
（ii）內容：影片內容必須與寵物相關，寵物種類不限。內容不得包含任何違法、冒犯、淫穢、暴力、歧視或損害動物福祉的元素。OneDegree保留權利拒絕任何不符合法律標準的影片。
（ii）時長：影片長度必須介乎15至30秒。超出或少於此範圍的影片將不予接受。
（iii）檔案大小：檔案大小上限為40MB。超過此限制的影片將不予接受。
（iv）檔案格式：影片格式必須為 mp4 或 mov。其他格式的影片將不予接受。
（v）參加者須確保影片正確上載至指定平台。OneDegree對於因第三方平台問題導致的文件損壞、不完整上載或提交失敗不負任何責任。
4. 提交影片的所有權及使用權
（i）授權：參加者提交影片即視為不可撤銷地授予OneDegree永久、免版稅、全球性及排他性的權利，使用、複製、分發、編輯、展示及以其他方式使用影片，用於宣傳、行銷及其他用途，包括但不限於： a. 在OneDegree的社交媒體平台（例如Facebook、Instagram、YouTube及其他官方渠道）上發布影片； b. 在包括TVB在內的電視節目中播放影片； c. 在OneDegree的實體活動中展示影片，活動次數及展示時間不設上限。
（ii）改編素材的所有權：由OneDegree改編、修改或剪輯的影片版本將成為OneDegree的專屬財產。參加者放棄對改編版本提出所有權、版稅或補償的任何要求。
（iii）商業及非商業用途：OneDegree有權將提交的影片用於商業及非商業用途，包括廣告、展示及宣傳材料等，無需事先通知參加者或提供補償。
（iv）保留期限：提交的影片可被OneDegree無限期保留及使用，除非適用法律或規例另有規定。
（v）法律合規：參加者保證提交的影片不涉及侵犯任何版權、知識產權、隱私權或其他第三方權利的情況，並已獲得影片中涉及的所有人士或實體的必要授權。任何違規行為將導致參賽資格被取消。參加者應賠償OneDegree因違規行為而引致的任何第三方對OneDegree提出的索賠。
（vii）賠償責任：參加者同意賠償並保護OneDegree免受因影片提交、使用或發布引起的任何索賠、責任、損害或費用。
5. 個人信息
（i）個人信息的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人信息，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在表格中提供的其他信息。
（ii）收集目的：收集的個人信息僅用於與本活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放（如適用）及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。 （iii）第三方共享：個人信息可能會與經授權的第三方（例如協力單位如TVB及服務供應商）共享，用於與活動相關的目的。OneDegree將確保任何第三方遵守嚴格的保密及數據保護標準。 （iv）存儲及保留：個人信息將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。信息不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（v）參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人信息準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的信息可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或獎品。
（vi）參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人信息； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的信息； c. 撤回對其個人信息使用的同意。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去活動資格。
（vii）條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人信息條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
6. OneDegree可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以OneDegree的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
7. 中英文版本的差異：如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
8. 適用法律：本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄並依其解釋，且參加者須接受香港特區法院的非專屬管轄。
Terms and Conditions for OneDegree Love Your Pet Forever Video Recruitment
- This Campaign (“Campaign”) upholding by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) is valid from now until 28 May 2025 (“Campaign Period”). Participants selected based on the program’s eligibility criteria will be notified via email on or before June 14, 2025.
- Submission Eligibility
Participants must, during the Campaign Period, (i) subscribe to OneDegree’s official YouTube accounts; (ii) comment on the designated OneDegree’s social media post; and (iii) complete the designated form (“Form”) provided on the specified OneDegree’s blog.
3. Video Upload Requirements
Videos must comply with the specified submission guidelines, including format, duration, and resolution requirements, to qualify for the Campaign:
(i) Content: Video content must be related to pets, with no restrictions on pet type. Content must not include any illegal, offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harmful elements, including those detrimental to animal welfare. OneDegree reserves the right to reject any video that does not meet legal standards.
(ii) Duration: Videos must be between 15 and 30 seconds in length. Videos outside this range will not be accepted.
(iii) File Size: The maximum file size is 40 MB. Videos exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
(iv) File Format: Videos must be submitted in mp4 or mov format. Other formats will not be accepted.
(v) Participants are responsible for ensuring videos are correctly uploaded to the designated platform. OneDegree will not bear any responsibility for file corruption, incomplete uploads, or failure to submit videos due to issues on third-party platforms.
4. Ownership and Usage of Submitted Videos
(i) Licence Granted: By submitting their videos, participants irrevocably grant OneDegree a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, display, and otherwise exploit the videos for promotional, marketing, and other purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: a. Publishing the videos on OneDegree’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other official channels. b. Broadcasting the videos on television channels, including TVB, as part of the variety show. c. Displaying the videos at OneDegree’s physical events, with no limitation on the number of events or duration of usage.
(ii) Ownership of Edited Materials: Any edited, modified, or adapted versions of the submitted videos created by OneDegree shall remain the exclusive property of OneDegree. Participants waive any claims to ownership, royalties, or compensation arising from the edited versions.
(iii) Commercial and Non-Commercial Usage: OneDegree reserves the right to use the submitted videos for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials, without providing prior notice or compensation to participants.
(iv) Retention Period: Submitted videos may be retained and used by OneDegree indefinitely unless otherwise specified by applicable laws or regulations.
(v) Legal Compliance: Participants warrant that the submitted videos do not infringe any copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights. They also warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions, including consent from any individuals or entities featured in the videos, before submission. Any violation will result in disqualification, and in such case the Participant shall indemnify OneDegree for any third party claim against OneDegree caused by the violation.
(vi) Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneDegree against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the submission, usage, or publication of the videos.
5. Personal Information
(i) Collection of Personal Information: By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to the collection of personal information, including but not limited to their name, contact number, email address, and any other information provided through the Form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal information collected will be used solely for purposes related to this Campaign, such as participant identification, communication, prize delivery (if applicable), and other administrative tasks. OneDegree may also use anonymized data for analysis and reporting purposes.
(iii) Third-Party Sharing: Personal information may be shared with authorized third parties, such as collaborators (e.g., TVB) and service providers, for the purposes related to this Campaign. OneDegree will ensure that any third-party recipients adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
(iv) Storage and Retention Personal information will be securely stored and retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Campaign or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Once the data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
(v) Participant Responsibilities Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal information they provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in disqualification or failure to receive communications or prizes.
(vi) Participant Rights Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal information held by OneDegree. b. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. c. Withdraw consent for the use of their personal information. You may do so by sending an email to our Data Protection Liaison Officer: dpo@onedegree.hk With purposes or questions clearly stated in the message, the Data Protection Liaison Officer will reply you as soon as practicable. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Campaign.
(vii) Amendments OneDegree reserves the right to change or update the relevant terms and conditions of Personal Information at any time without prior notice. The changes or updates will be notified to participants on OneDegree’s website or in writing (which may include electronic format) and any such change or update will be effective immediately upon posting.
- OneDegree may amend and/ or terminate this Campaign without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the Campaign and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
