📜 活動條款及細則
- 「四年一度球壇盛事 決賽靠你神預測！」（「本推廣」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦。
- 本推廣期由 2026年7月16日 至 2026年7月19日23時59分止（包括首尾兩天）（「本推廣期」），一切時間以 OneDegree 伺服器之系統時間及紀錄為準。
- 參加者必須於推廣期內，於指定之 OneDegree 官方網誌內選擇其預測之冠軍隊伍，並留下其有效之電郵地址成功提交投票。
- 每位參加者（以每個電郵地址計算）只限投票一次。若重複提交，將以最後一次提交之投票紀錄為準。
- 獎品分配：
5.1神預測成功（預測之國家隊成功奪冠）： 合資格參加者將可獲得全線保險產品首年保費65折優惠碼（「優惠碼」）。
5.2 雖敗猶榮（預測之國家隊落敗）： 合資格參加者將可獲得全線保險產品首年保費7折優惠碼（「優惠碼」），以作應援安慰。 - 優惠碼將於 2026年7月21日 陸續發送至得獎者登記之指定電郵地址。若因登記資料不全、不準確或電郵系統問題而導致郵件未能送達，OneDegree概不負責，亦不會補發優惠碼。
- 優惠碼有效日期為 2026年7月21日 至 2026年7月22日23時59分，逾期之優惠碼將自動失效，不設補發或延長。
- 優惠碼只適用於投保 OneDegree寵物保險、OneDegree火險、OneDegree家居保險、OneDegree危疾保險、OneDegree家電保養保險及/或OneDegree龜鳥保險，且不可兌換現金、折現或轉換其他禮品，亦不可與其他推廣優惠同時使用。
- 所有保險投保必須符合 OneDegree 相關之承保條款及核保要求。
- 參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、及電子郵件地址。 收集的個人資料僅用於與本推廣相關的用途，例如用於本推廣之聯絡、身份核實、發送活動果及優惠碼。個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成本推廣相關的用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。參加者需確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或優惠碼。 參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加本推廣資格。OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
- 參加者一經提交投票，即代表已閱讀、明白並同意受本條款及細則約束。
- OneDegree 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本推廣或修改相關條款及細則之權利，而無須另行通知。
- OneDegree 對所有與本推廣相關的事宜（包括但不限於冠軍隊伍之定義、參加及得獎資格判定等）擁有最終決定權。
- 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有任何歧義或不一致，概以英文版本為準。
- 此條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄。
Terms and Conditions
- “The grand finale is here! Lock in your prediction! (the “Promotion”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”).
- The promotional period is from July 16, 2026, to July 19, 2026, at 23:59 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”). All times are subject to the system time and records of OneDegree’s server.
- Participants must select their predicted champion team on the designated official OneDegree blog within the Promotional Period and successfully submit their vote along with a valid email address.
- Each participant (calculated by each unique email address) is limited to one vote. In the event of duplicate submissions, the last successfully submitted voting record shall prevail.
- Prize Allocation:
5.1 Successful Grand Prediction (the predicted national team successfully wins the championship): Eligible participants will receive one first-year premium 35% off promo code applicable across all insurance products (the “Promo Code”).
5.2 Honorable Defeat (the predicted national team loses): Eligible participants will receive one first-year premium 30% off promo code applicable across all insurance products as a cheering consolation prize (the “Promo Code”). - The Promo Codes will be sent progressively to the winners’ registered email addresses on July 21, 2026. OneDegree shall not be held responsible and will not reissue any Promo Code if the email cannot be delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or any email system technical issues.
- The Promo Codes are valid from July 21, 2026, to July 22, 2026, at 23:59. Expired Promo Codes will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued or extended.
- The Promo Codes are only applicable to new policies of OneDegree Pet Insurance, OneDegree Fire Insurance, OneDegree Home Insurance, OneDegree Critical Illness Insurance, OneDegree Home Appliances Warranty Insurance, and/or OneDegree Tortoise & Bird Insurance. The Promo Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, discounted for cash, or exchanged for other gifts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- All insurance applications must fulfill OneDegree’s relevant underwriting terms and requirements.
- By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, and email. Personal data provided by participants will be used for communication, identity verification, and the distribution of promotion results and Promo Codes for this Promotion. Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill relevant purposes related to this Promotion or to comply with legal obligations. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may result in disqualification or failure to receive notifications/Promo Code. Personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted via email to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Promotion. OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data usage terms without prior notice. Such changes will be notified via the website or written means (possibly electronic), and will take effect immediately upon publication.
- By submitting a vote, participants represent that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- OneDegree reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- OneDegree reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this Promotion (including but not limited to the definition of the champion team, eligibility of participation, and prize qualification).
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
