《「寵」上大銀幕！》首屆金Pet Pet頒獎禮活動（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦，此活動舉辦日期為2025 年 9月 13 日。登記領取此活動入場券有效期由 2025 年 8 月 20 日至 2025 年 8 月 25 日（「登記期間」）。
- 參加資格
參加者須於登記期間按照相關電郵或社交平台發文的指示完成參加步驟，並以下列方式（如適用）完成登記：
(i) OneDegree流動應用程式「陪胖日記」內專為此活動設立的專屬登記頁面（「專屬登記頁面」）。或
(ii) 只限Android用戶的影片提供者: 相關電郵內專為此活動設立的指定表格（「指定表格」） - 入場券預留及領取方式
(i) 為確保活動名額，影片提供者（「影片提供者」）必須於2025 年8月27日前按照相關電郵的指定方式支付港幣 100 元按金以預留入場券。如影片提供者依時出席活動，該按金將於2025 年9月20日前全數退還至影片提供者信用卡。如影片提供者没有依時出席活動，該按金將全數捐贈予由OneDegree 自行決定的動物慈善機構，並不設退款。成功支付港幣 100 元按金的影片提供者將於 2025 年 8 月 29 日或之前收到電郵通知（「電郵通知」）。

(iv) 成功獲選的公眾參加者（「獲選公眾參加者」）將於 2025 年 8 月 29 日或之前收到電郵通知（「電郵通知」）。為確保活動名額，獲選公眾參加者必須於2025 年9月2日前按照該電郵通知的指定方式支付港幣 100 元按金以預留入場券。如獲選公眾參加者依時出席活動，該按金將於2025 年9月20日前全數退還至獲選公眾參加者的信用卡。如獲選公眾參加者没有依時出席活動，該按金將全數捐贈予由OneDegree 自行決定的動物慈善機構，並不設退款。
(iii)只有成功支付港幣 100 元按金以預留入場券 的影片提供者丶嘉賓參加者丶獲邀參加者及獲選公眾參加者方可統稱為確認參加者（「確認參加者」）。 每位確認參加者最多可獲兩（2）張入場券，涵蓋以下對象： (a) 確認參加者本人；及 (b) 一隻已登記的確認參加者之狗隻（「狗隻」）。
(iv) 同行人士的登記詳情將列於電郵通知中。確認參加者必須自行將其電郵通知發送給同行人士。同行人士必需按照電郵通知中的指示，在指定日期前完成登記手續，方可獲得其入場券一(1) 張。每位確認參加者只可邀請一位同行人士完成登記手續，若有多於一位同行人士登記，OneDegree 只會接受OneDegree的系統記錄中最先登記的同行人士。成功登記的同行人士將於 2025 年 9 月 8 日或之前收到電郵通知。
(v) 電子入場券將透過以下方式發放：
iOS 用戶： 可透過OneDegree 流動應用程式「陪胖日記」領取電子入場券。
Android 用戶： 可於OneDegree會員帳戶的網頁版面中查閱其會員 QR 碼，並於此活動當日出示其會員QR 碼以作入場之用。
確認參加者及同行人士有責任確保於此活動當日能順利出示其電子入場券及/或其會員 QR 碼，以完成入場程序。 - 個人資料
（i）個人資料的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在專屬登記頁面及/或指定登記表格提供的其他資料。
（ii）收集目的：收集的個人資料僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、入場券發放及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）存儲及保留：個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關的用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（iv）參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或入場券。
（v）參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動資格。
（vi）條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。 - 影院入場守則及免責聲明
確認參加者及成功登記的同行人士（以下統稱「入場人士」），於頒獎禮當日，進入影院範圍期間，須遵守下列入場守則，並確認同意所載之免責聲明。
(A) 入場守則
(i) 每位入場人士及每隻入場狗隻均須持有有效入場券。
(ii) 狗隻須已根據香港法例接種疫苗並植入晶片。
(iii) 所有入場人士及狗隻須至少於開場前三十分（30）分鐘抵達影院，以確保順利入場。
(iv) 相關確認參加者必須在影院範圍內全程密切監管其狗隻，並為其狗隻於影院範圍內全程繫上合理安全長度的牽引繩。體重超過二十（20）公斤之狗隻在影院範圍內全程必須佩戴口罩。
(v) 相關確認參加者必須在影院範圍內全程密切監管其狗隻，特別是其行為丶情緒與健康狀況。若其狗隻出現OneDegree及/或影院認為需要相關確認參加者及其狗隻到指定安靜區域及/或離開影院範圍的行為，包括但不限於不適反應丶滋擾行為，相關確認參加者必須立即按照OneDegree及/或影院指示帶同其狗隻到指定安靜區域，甚至離開影院範圍。
(vi) 在影院範圍內，所有相關確認參加者必須已為其狗隻穿上自備的尿布。在此活動期間，所有相關確認參加者必須確保其狗隻坐在已鋪墊自備的尿墊之座椅上。
(B) 免責聲明
(i) 所有入場人士明確知悉，攜帶狗隻及/或與其他狗隻一同進入影院範圍內可能存在風險，包括但不限於人身傷害、財物損失或其他事故。入場人士需自願並完全承擔相關責任。 OneDegree 及影院（包括其職員、合作夥伴及其他支援或推廣方）對此活動當日任何人士、狗隻或第三方因任何事故、傷害、爭執或損毀所導致的一切損失或法律責任，概不負責。若狗隻傷人或攻擊其他狗隻，相關確認參加者將承擔全部法律責任，並有機會被檢控。
(ii)若入場人士及/或狗隻弄污影院範圍，該相關入場人士須即時清理。若造成嚴重污損，影院有權收取額外清潔費。
(iii) 相關入場人士須為其及/或其狗隻所造成的影院範圍設施、傢俱或設備損毀等負責。 - 活動便利安排
(i) 軟墊提供
影院將提供少量軟墊，供小型狗隻於座位上使用，以提升舒適度。軟墊數量有限，將以先到先得方式分配，OneDegree及影院不保證所有狗隻均可獲得。
(ii) 寵物手推車暫放區
影院將設有限空間供入場人士暫放寵物手推車。空間有限，將以先到先得方式使用，OneDegree及影院不保證所有手推車均可獲安排暫放位置。 - 條款修改及活動終止
OneDegree可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以OneDegree的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。 - 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。 - 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄，並受其法院的非專屬司法管轄權所約束。
Paws Up on the Big Screen! The First Golden Pet Awards Ceremony Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
This Paws Up on the Big Screen! The First Golden Pet Awards Ceremony Event (the “Event”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) and will be held on September 13, 2025. The registration period for ticket redemption for the Event is valid from August 20, 2025 to August 25, 2025 (the “Registration Period”)
- Eligibility
Participants must follow the instructions provided in the relevant email or social media post during the Registration Period to complete the participation steps, and register via one of the following channels (as applicable):
(i) The designated registration form (“Designated Registration Form”) created for this Event within OneDegree’s mobile app “PawBook” ; or
(ii) For video contributors using Android only: The designated registration page (“Designated Registration Page”) created for this Event on the OneDegree designated blog. - Ticket Reservation and Collection
(i) To secure a spot at the Event, video contributor (“Video Contributor”) must pay a deposit of HK$100 for reserving the ticket by August 27, 2025 , following the instructions provided in the relevant email. If the Video Contributor attends the Event as scheduled, the full deposit will be refunded to their credit card by September 20, 2025. If the Video Contributor fails to attend the Event as scheduled, the deposit will be fully donated to an animal charity organization designated by OneDegree, and no refund will be provided. Video Contributor who successfully pay the HKD 100 deposit will receive an email notification (“Email Notification”) by August 29, 2025.
(ii) To secure a spot at the Event, guest participants (“Guest Participants”) must pay a deposit of HK$100 for reserving the ticket by August 27, 2025 , following the instructions provided in the relevant email. If the Guest Participant attends the Event as scheduled, the full deposit will be refunded to their credit card by September 20, 2025. f the Guest Participant fails to attend the Event as scheduled, the deposit will be fully donated to an animal charity organization designated by OneDegree, and no refund will be provided. Guest Participants who successfully pay the HKD 100 deposit will receive an email notification (“Email Notification”) by August 29, 2025.
(iii) Successfully selected invited participant (“Invited Participant”) will be notified via email (“Email Notification”) by August 29, 2025. To secure a spot in the Event, Invited Participant must pay a deposit of HKD 100 in the manner specified in the Email Notification to reserve their ticket by September 2, 2025. If the Invited Participant attend the Event as scheduled, the deposit will be fully refunded to the credit card of Invited Participant by September 20, 2025. If a Invited Participant fails to attend the Event as scheduled, the deposit will be fully donated to an animal charity organization designated by OneDegree, and no refund will be provided.
(iv) Successfully selected public participants (“Selected Public Participants”) will be notified via email (“Email Notification”) by August 29, 2025. To secure a spot in the Event, Selected Public Participants must pay a deposit of HKD 100 in the manner specified in the Email Notification to reserve their ticket by September 2, 2025. If the Selected Public Participants attend the Event as scheduled, the deposit will be fully refunded to the credit card of Selected Public Participants by September 20, 2025. If a Selected Public Participant fails to attend the Event as scheduled, the deposit will be fully donated to an animal charity organization designated by OneDegree, and no refund will be provided.
(iii) Only the Video Contributor, Guest Participants, Invited Participant, and Selected Public Participants who have successfully paid the HK$100 deposit to reserve a ticket shall be collectively referred to as “Confirmed Participant” (“Confirmed Participant”). Each Confirmed Participant may receive up to two (2) tickets, covering: a. The Confirmed Participant themselves; b. One Confirmed Participant’s registered dog (“Dog”).
(iv) Companion registration details will be included in the Email Notification. The Confirmed Participant must forward the Email Notification to the companion. Companion must complete registration by the deadline stated therein in order to receive one (1) ticket. Each Confirmed Participant may invite only one companion to complete the registration process. Only the earliest registered companion on OneDegree’s record will be accepted if multiple companion attempt to register. Successfully registered companion (“Registered Companions”) will receive email notification on or before 8 September, 2025.
(v) Electronic Tickets Distribution:
iOS Users: Electronic tickets can be accessed via the OneDegree’s mobile app “PawBook”.
Android Users: Can view their membership QR code on the web version of their OneDegree account. Please present this QR code on the day of the Event for admission.
Confirmed Participant and Registered Companions are responsible for ensuring they can successfully present their electronic ticket and/or membership QR code on the day of the Event to complete the admission process. - Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number, email, and other details submitted via the Designated Registration Page and/ or Designated Registration Form.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, contact, ticket distribution, and administrative tasks. Anonymous personal data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill relevant purposes related to this Event or to comply with legal obligations. Personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may result in disqualification or failure to receive notifications/tickets.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted via email to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data usage terms without prior notice. Such changes will be notified via the website or written means (possibly electronic), and will take effect immediately upon publication. - Cinema Entry Rules & Liability Disclaimer
All Confirmed Participant and Registered Companions (collectively “Attendees”) must comply with the following entry rules and accept the liability disclaimer when entering the cinema on the Event day.
(A) Entry Rules
(i) Each Attendees and Dog must hold a valid ticket.
(ii) Dog must be microchipped and vaccinated per Hong Kong law.
(iii) All attendees and Dog(s) must arrive the cinema premises at least 30 minutes before showtime.
(iv) The relevant Confirmed Participant must supervise their Dog(s) closely at all times within the cinema premises, and ensure that their Dog(s) remain leashed with a lead of reasonable and safe length within the cinema premises. Dog(s) weighing over 20kg must wear a mask within the cinema premises.
(v) The relevant Confirmed Participant must closely supervise their Dog(s) at all times within the cinema premises, with particular attention to their behavior, emotional state, and health condition. If the Dog(s) display any conduct deemed by OneDegree and/or the cinema to warrant relocation to a designated quiet area and/or removal from the cinema premises—including but not limited to signs of discomfort or disruptive behavior— The relevant Confirmed Participant must immediately follow the instructions of OneDegree and/or the cinema to escort their Dog(s) to the designated quiet area, or leave the cinema premises entirely.
(vi) Within the cinema premises, the relevant Confirmed Participant must ensure that their Dog(s) are wearing self-provided diapers. During the Event, the relevant Confirmed Participant must ensure that their Dog(s) remain seated on a chair covered with a self-provided pee pad.
(B) Liability Disclaimer
(i) All Attendees acknowledge that entering the cinema with Dog(s) and/or being in proximity to other Dog(s) involves risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other incidents. Attendees voluntarily and fully assume all related responsibilities. OneDegree and the cinema (including staff, partners, and other supportive or promotional agencies) shall not be held liable for any loss or legal responsibility arising from any incident, injury, dispute, or damage involving any person, Dog(s), or third party on the screening day. If a Dog injures a person or attacks another Dog, the relevant Confirmed Participant shall bear full legal responsibility and may be subject to prosecution.
(ii) If an Attendee and/or Dog soils the cinema premises, the relevant Attendees must clean it immediately. In cases of serious damage, the cinema reserves the right to impose an additional cleaning fee.
(iii) The relevant Attendees shall be responsible for any damage caused by themselves and/or their Dog(s) to cinema facilities, furniture, or equipment. - Event Amenities
(i) Soft Cushion Availability
A limited number of soft cushions will be available at the cinema for use by small dogs on seats to enhance comfort. Cushions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and OneDegree and cinema does not guarantee availability for all attending Dog(s).
(ii) Pet Stroller Holding Area
A designated area will be provided at the cinema for temporary placement of pet strollers. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. OneDegree and cinema does not guarantee availability for all strollers. - Amendments & Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the Event and its Terms and Conditions shall be subject to OneDegree’s final decision, which shall be binding. - Language Discrepancies
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
