《寵你一世》有獎遊戲條款與細則
1. 此活動（「活動」）由OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦，有效期為即日起至2025年7月9日（「活動期間」）。得獎名單將於2025年7月16日於OneDegree網站公佈，OneDegree其後將透過電子郵件通知得獎者。
2. 參加資格
參加者必須在活動期間，按照該集《寵你一世》指定遊戲日期內完成以下要求，方有機會被獲選中並獲得該集指定獎品。每位參加者每集僅可以參加一次。
(A) Facebook參加者：
（i）下載OneDegree最新毛孩健康應用程式《陪胖日記》，並註冊成為會員；（ii）於OneDegree Facebook指定貼文的留言區上載你和毛孩玩樂的照片或影片，並按指定貼文指示留言「我想要OneDegree送出嘅（獎品名稱）」；(iii) 於留言標籤你的3位朋友; 及（iv）填寫OneDegree指定博客上的表格（「表格」）並上載相關截圖，或以指定電郵方式提交寵物姓名、主人姓名、電話號碼、聯絡電郵及相關截圖。
(B) Instagram 參加者：
（i）下載OneDegree最新毛孩健康應用程式《陪胖日記》，並註冊成為會員；（ii）將你的Instagram帳戶設定成公開；(iii) 於Instagram上載你和毛孩玩樂的照片或影片，按指定OneDegree Instagram貼文指示在內文加入「我想要OneDegree送出嘅（獎品名稱）」，並標籤OneDegree帳號（@onedegree.hk）; 及（iv）填寫OneDegree指定博客上的表格（「表格」）並上載相關截圖，或以指定電郵方式提交寵物姓名、主人姓名、電話號碼、聯絡電郵及相關截圖。
3. 截圖上載要求
截圖須符合指定的上載指引，包括內容、檔案大小及檔案格式要求，方可符合活動資格:
（i）內容：截圖內容必須與本活動相關。內容不得包含任何違法、冒犯、淫穢、暴力、歧視或損害動物福祉的元素。OneDegree保留權利拒絕任何不符合法律標準的截圖。
（ii）檔案大小：檔案大小上限為10MB。超過此限制的截圖將不予接受。
（iii）檔案格式：截圖格式必須為 jpg或jpeg或jpe或png或tiff。其他格式的截圖將不予接受。
（iv）參加者須確保截圖正確上載至指定平台。
4. 截圖加附於電郵內的要求
截圖須符合指定的加附指引，包括內容、檔案大小及檔案格式要求，方可符合活動資格:
（i）內容：截圖內容必須與本活動相關。內容不得包含任何違法、冒犯、淫穢、暴力、歧視或損害動物福祉的元素。OneDegree保留權利拒絕任何不符合法律標準的截圖。
（ii）檔案大小：檔案大小上限為10MB。超過此限制的截圖將不予接受。
（iii）檔案格式：截圖格式必須為 jpg或jpeg或jpe或png或tiff。其他格式的截圖將不予接受。
（iv）參加者須確保截圖正確加附於電郵內。OneDegree對於因第三方電郵軟件或平台問題導致的文件損壞、不完整加附或提交失敗不負任何責任。
5. 照片及影片上載要求
照片及影片須符合指定的提交指引，包括內容、時長(如適用)、檔案大小及檔案格式要求，方可符合活動資格:
（i）內容：照片及影片內容必須與本活動相關。內容不得包含任何違法、冒犯、淫穢、暴力、歧視或損害動物福祉的元素。參加者保證上載的照片及影片不涉及侵犯任何版權、知識產權、隱私權或其他第三方權利的情況，並已獲得照片及影片中涉及的所有人士或實體的必要授權。OneDegree保留權利要求刪除參加者任何不符合法律標準的照片及影片，並保留追究因該照片及影片引起的任何索賠、責任、損害或費用權利。
（ii）時長(如適用): 影片長度必須介乎15至30秒。超出或少於此範圍的影片將不予接受。
(iii) 檔案大小：檔案大小上限為根據Facebook或Instagram平台要求。
（iv）檔案格式：照片及影片格式必須合乎Facebook或Instagram平台要求。
（v）參加者須確保截圖正確上載至指定平台。 OneDegree對於因第三方平台問題導致的文件損壞、不完整加附或提交失敗不負任何責任。
6. 個人信息
（i）個人信息的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人信息，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及在表格中及/或電郵中提供的其他信息。
（ii）收集目的：收集的個人信息僅用於與本活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放（如適用）及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。 （iii）第三方共享：個人信息可能會與經授權的第三方（例如協力單位及服務供應商）共享，用於與活動相關的目的。OneDegree將確保任何第三方遵守嚴格的保密及數據保護標準。 （iv）存儲及保留：個人信息將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。信息不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（v）參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人信息準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的信息可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或獎品。
（vi）參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人信息； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的信息； c. 撤回對其個人信息使用的同意。撤回程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去活動資格。
（vii）條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人信息條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
7. OneDegree可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以OneDegree的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
8. 中英文版本的差異：如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
9. 適用法律：本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄並依其解釋，且參加者須接受香港特區法院的非專屬管轄。
Terms and Conditions for ” Forever Devoted to You ” Prize Game
1. This Campaign (“Campaign”) upholding by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) is valid from now until 9 July 2025 (“Campaign Period”). The list of winners will be announced on OneDegree’s Facebook, Instagram, and website on July 16, 2025, followed by an email notification from OneDegree to the winners.
2. Participant Eligibility
Participants must complete the following requirements within the designated game date of each episode of “Pamper You for a Lifetime” during the Campaign Period to be eligible for selection and win the specified prize for that episode. Each participant shall only enter once per episode.
(A) Facebook Participants:
(i) Download the latest OneDegree pet health app “PawBook” and register as a member. (ii) Upload a photo or video of you playing with your pet in the comment section of the designated OneDegree Facebook post, and follow the designated post instructions by commenting “I want the (prize name) from OneDegree”. (iii) Tag three friends in your comment. (iv) Complete the form on the designated OneDegree blog (“Form”) and upload the relevant screenshot, or submit the pet’s name, owner’s name, phone number, contact email, and relevant screenshot via the designated email.
(B) Instagram Participants:
(i) Download the latest OneDegree pet health app ” PawBook” and register as a member. (ii) Set your Instagram account to public. (iii) Upload a photo or video of you playing with your pet on Instagram, follow the designated OneDegree Instagram post instructions by adding “I want the (prize name) from OneDegree” in the caption, and tag OneDegree’s account (@onedegree.hk). (iv) Complete the form on the designated OneDegree blog (“Form”) and upload the relevant screenshot, or submit the pet’s name, owner’s name, phone number, contact email, and relevant screenshot via the designated email.
3. Screenshot Upload Requirements
Screenshot must comply with the specified uploading guidelines, including content, file size, and file format requirements, to qualify for the Campaign:
(i) Content: Screenshot content must be related to this Campaign. Content must not include any illegal, offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harmful elements, including those detrimental to animal welfare. OneDegree reserves the right to reject any screenshot that does not meet legal standards.
(ii) File Size: The maximum file size is 10 MB. Screenshots exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
(iii) File Format: Screenshots must be submitted in jpg, jpeg, jpe, png, or tiff format. Other formats will not be accepted.
(iv) Participants are responsible for ensuring screenshots are correctly uploaded to the designated platform.
4. Screenshot Attaching in Email Requirements
Screenshot must comply with the specified attaching guidelines, including content, file size, and file format requirements, to qualify for the Campaign:
(i) Content: Screenshot content must be related to this Campaign. Content must not include any illegal, offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harmful elements, including those detrimental to animal welfare. OneDegree reserves the right to reject any screenshot that does not meet legal standards.
(ii) File Size: The maximum file size is 10 MB. Screenshots exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
(iii) File Format: Screenshots must be submitted in jpg, jpeg, jpe, png, or tiff format. Other formats will not be accepted.
(iv) Participants are responsible for ensuring screenshots are correctly attached to the email. OneDegree will not bear any responsibility for file corruption, incomplete uploads, or failure to attach screenshots due to issues on third-party email software or platform.
5. Photo and Video Upload Requirements
Photo and Video must comply with the specified uploading guidelines, including content, duration (if applicable), file size, and file format requirements, to qualify for the Campaign:
(i) Content: Photo and Video content must be related to this Campaign. Content must not include any illegal, offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harmful elements, including those detrimental to animal welfare. Participants guarantee that the uploaded photos and videos do not infringe on any copyrights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights, and that they have obtained all necessary permissions from individuals or entities featured in the photos and videos. OneDegree reserves the right to request the removal of any participant’s photos or videos that do not meet legal standards and retains the right to pursue any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from such content.
(ii) File Size: The maximum file size allowed is based on Facebook or Instagram platform requirements.
(iii) File Format: Photos and videos must comply with Facebook or Instagram platform requirements.
(iv) Participants are responsible for ensuring photos and video are correctly uploaded to the designated platform. OneDegree will not bear any responsibility for file corruption, incomplete uploads, or failure to upload photos and videos due to issues on third-party platforms.
6. Personal Information
(i) Collection of Personal Information: By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to the collection of personal information, including but not limited to their name, contact number, email address, and any other information provided through the Form and/ or the email.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal information collected will be used solely for purposes related to this Campaign, such as participant identification, communication, prize delivery (if applicable), and other administrative tasks. OneDegree may also use anonymized data for analysis and reporting purposes.
(iii) Third-Party Sharing: Personal information may be shared with authorized third parties, such as collaborators and service providers, for the purposes related to this Campaign. OneDegree will ensure that any third-party recipients adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
(iv) Storage and Retention Personal information will be securely stored and retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Campaign or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Once the data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
(v) Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal information they provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in disqualification or failure to receive communications or prizes.
(vi) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal information held by OneDegree. b. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. c. Withdraw consent for the use of their personal information. You may do so by sending an email to our Data Protection Liaison Officer: dpo@onedegree.hk With purposes or questions clearly stated in the message, the Data Protection Liaison Officer will reply you as soon as practicable. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Campaign.
(vii) Amendments: OneDegree reserves the right to change or update the relevant terms and conditions of Personal Information at any time without prior notice. The changes or updates will be notified to participants on OneDegree’s website or in writing (which may include electronic format) and any such change or update will be effective immediately upon posting.
7. OneDegree may amend and/ or terminate this Campaign without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the Campaign and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.
8. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
