《我推的毛孩！成為OneDegree社交媒體廣告主角！》（「此活動」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦，此活動舉辦日期為即日起至2025年12月31日（「活動期間」），得獎者將於2026年1月12日或之前收到確認電郵通知。
1. 參加資格
參加者須於活動期間按照相關電郵或社交平台發文的指示完成參加步驟，並以下列方式（如適用）完成登記：
- 追蹤OneDegree 的官方Instagram 帳號;
- 註冊成為會員;
– 如參加者使用 iOS 裝置：請下載陪胖日記App並註冊成為會員
– 如參加者僅使用 Android 裝置：請透過 https://www.onedegree.hk/zh-hk/dashboard 註冊成為會員。
3. 填寫OneDegree指定博客上的表格（「表格」），並上載螢幕截圖以作證明已完成上述步驟1至2。
2. 選出得獎者
(i) 此活動期間結束後，將選出最適合之參加者為得獎者（「得獎者」），名額不限。
(ii) 經得獎者同意後，每位得獎者的寵物將成為OneDegree社交媒體廣告內的寵物模特兒（「獎品」），刊登的時間和次數按照OneDegree推廣計劃而定。
3. 相片上載要求
相片須符合指定的提交指引，包括格式、檔案大小及檔案格式要求，方可符合活動資格：
（i）內容：相片內容必須與寵物相關，寵物種類不限。內容不得包含任何違法、冒犯、淫穢、暴力、歧視或損害動物福祉的元素。OneDegree保留權利拒絕任何不符合法律標準的相片。
（ii）檔案大小：檔案大小上限為10MB。超過此限制的相片將不予接受。
（iii）檔案格式：相片格式必須為 jpg, jpeg, jpe, png,或tiff。其他格式的相片將不予接受。
（iv）參加者須確保相片正確上載至指定平台。OneDegree對於非OneDegree平台問題導致的文件損壞、不完整上載或提交失敗不負任何責任。
4. 提交照片及寵物資料的所有權及使用權
（i）授權：參加者提交照片及寵物資料即視為不可撤銷地授予OneDegree永久、免版稅、全球性及排他性的權利，使用、複製、分發、編輯、展示及以其他方式使用照片，用於宣傳、行銷及其他用途，包括但不限於： a. 在OneDegree的社交媒體平台（例如Facebook、Instagram、YouTube及其他官方渠道）上發布照片及寵物資料； b. 在OneDegree的實體活動中展示照片及寵物資料，活動次數及展示時間不設上限;
（ii）改編素材的所有權：由OneDegree改編、修改或剪輯的照片將成為OneDegree的專屬財產。參加者放棄對改編版本提出所有權、版稅或補償的任何要求。
（iii）商業及非商業用途：OneDegree有權將提交的照片及寵物資料用於商業及非商業用途，包括但不限於廣告、展示及宣傳材料等，無需事先通知參加者或提供補償。
（iv）保留期限：提交的照片及寵物資料可被OneDegree無限期保留及使用，除非適用法律或規例另有規定。
(v) 法律遵循： 參加者保證其提交之照片及寵物資料不侵犯任何版權、智識產權、私隱權或其他第三方權利，並已取得照片中涉及之個人或實體的所有必要許可。若有任何違規情形，參加者將被取消參賽資格，並應賠償 OneDegree 因該等違規行為而遭受的任何第三方索賠。
（vi）額外照片要求：OneDegree 保留權利在發佈廣告前，透過電話、WhatsApp 或電郵聯絡得獎者，要求提供更多寵物照片或相關素材，以配合廣告或宣傳用途。得獎者須在合理時間內提供所需素材，並同意該等素材同樣受本條款約束。
（vii）賠償責任：參加者同意賠償並保護 OneDegree 免受因照片及寵物資料提交、使用或發布引起的任何索賠、責任、損害或費用。
5. 個人資料
（i）個人資料的收集：參加此活動即視為參加者同意收集其個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話及電子郵件地址。
（ii）收集目的：收集的個人資料僅用於與此活動相關的用途，例如參加者身份核實、聯絡、獎品發放及其他行政工作。OneDegree亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途。
（iii）存儲及保留：個人資料將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關的用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止。資料不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
（iv）參加者責任：參加者需確保其提供的個人資料準確無誤及完整。不正確或不完整的資料可能導致失去資格或未能成功接收相關通知或獎品。
（v）參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加此活動資格。
（vi）條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人資料條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
6. 條款修改及活動終止
OneDegree可隨時修改及/或終止活動，無需另行通知。與活動相關的所有事項或爭議及條款詮釋應以OneDegree的決定為準，且具有最終約束力。
7. 中英文版本的差異
如本條款及細則的英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準。
8. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法律管轄，並受其法院的非專屬司法管轄權所約束。
“My Furry Star! Become the Face of OneDegree’s Social Media Ads!” Terms and Conditions
“My Furry Star! Become the Face of OneDegree’s Social Media Ads” (“Event”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”), this event runs from now until 31 December 2025 (“Event Period”). Winners will be notified via confirmation email on or before 12 January 2026.
1. Eligibility
Participants must follow the instructions provided via relevant emails or social media posts during the Event Period and complete registration through one of the following methods (as applicable):
- Follow OneDegree’s official Instagram account;
- Register as a OneDegree member
– If the participant uses an iOS device: download the PawBook app and register as a member
– If the participant only uses an Android device: register via https://www.onedegree.hk/zh-hk/dashboard
3. Fill in the designated form on OneDegree’s blog (“the Form”) and upload screencaps as proof of completing steps 1 to 2.
2. Winner Selection
(i) After the Event Period ends, OneDegree will select the most suitable participants as winners (“Winners”). There is no limit on the number of winners.
(ii) Upon the Winner’s consent, each Winner’s pet will become a featured model in OneDegree’s social media advertisements (“Prize”), with publication timing and frequency determined by OneDegree’s promotional plan.
3. Photo Upload Requirements
Photo must comply with the specified submission guidelines, including content, size, and format, to qualify for the Campaign:
(i) Content: Photo content must be related to pets, with no restrictions on pet type. Content must not include any illegal, offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harmful elements, including those detrimental to animal welfare. OneDegree reserves the right to reject any photo that does not meet legal standards.
(ii) File Size: The maximum file size is 10 MB. Photos exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
(iii) File Format: Photos must be submitted in jpg, jpeg, jpe, png, and tiff. Other formats will not be accepted.
(iv) Upload Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring photos are correctly uploaded to the designated platform. OneDegree shall bear no responsibility for any document damage, incomplete uploads, or submission failures arising from issues not attributable to the OneDegree platform.
4. Ownership and Usage Rights of Submitted Photos and Pet Information
(i) Authorization: By submitting photos and pet information, participants irrevocably grant OneDegree a permanent, royalty-free, worldwide, and exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, display, and otherwise utilize the materials for promotional, marketing, and other purposes, including but not limited to:
a. Publishing on OneDegree’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other official channels); b. Displaying at OneDegree’s physical events without limitation on frequency or duration.
(ii) Ownership of Adapted Materials: Any photos adapted, modified, or edited by OneDegree will become the exclusive property of OneDegree. Participants waive any claims to ownership, royalties, or compensation for such adapted versions.
(iii) Commercial and Non-Commercial Use: OneDegree reserves the right to use submitted photos and pet information for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, displays, and promotional materials, without prior notice or compensation to participants.
(iv) Retention Period: Submitted photos and pet information may be retained and used by OneDegree indefinitely, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.
(v) Legal Compliance: Participants warrant that their submitted photos and pet information do not infringe on any copyrights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights, and that all necessary permissions have been obtained from individuals or entities featured in the photos. Any violation will result in disqualification, and participants shall indemnify OneDegree against any third-party claims arising from such violations.
(vi) Additional Photo Requests: OneDegree reserves the right to contact Winners via phone, WhatsApp, or email prior to the release of any advertisements to request additional pet photos or related materials for advertising or marketing purposes. Winners must provide the requested materials within a reasonable timeframe and agree that such materials will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
(vii) Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold OneDegree harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the submission, use, or publication of their photos and pet information.
5. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact number and email.
(ii) Purpose of Collection: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to this Event, such as identity verification, contact, prize distribution, and administrative tasks. Anonymous personal data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill relevant purposes related to this Event or to comply with legal obligations. Personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed
(iv) Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may result in disqualification or failure to receive notifications/tickets.
(v) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted via email to OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk, with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Participants should note that withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Event.
(vi) Amendments to terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data usage terms without prior notice. Such changes will be notified via the website or written means (possibly electronic), and will take effect immediately upon publication.
6. Amendments & Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. All matters, disputes, and interpretations related to the Event and its Terms and Conditions shall be subject to OneDegree’s final decision, which shall be binding.
7. Language Discrepancies
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
