《OneDegree 送你 50 張香港寵物節2026入場券》（「本推廣」）由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited（「OneDegree」）主辦 。本推廣的有效日期為即日起至 2026 年 1 月 21 日晚上 23 時 59 分（「推廣期」）。
1. 參加資格及禮品
(i) 參加者須加入 OneDegree 的官方 Instagram 廣播專區 （「廣播專區」） 。
(ii) 透過 2026 年 1 月 17 日晚上 8 時於該廣播專區公布的登記入場券連結於推廣期內填寫表格（「表格」） 。
(iii) OneDegree 將選出 25 位已加入該廣播專區及最先填寫表格的參加者 （「獲獎人士」）。
(iv) 每位獲獎人士可獲得 「香港寵物節2026」免費門票換領劵 2 張（「禮品」） 。
(v) 任何未能滿足本條款及細則中提及的任何標準及/或要求將導致喪失禮品。
2. 禮品發放
(i) OneDegree 將會在 2026 年 1 月 22 日起郵寄禮品換領劵予獲獎人士。
(ii) 如因獲獎人士所提供的資料錯誤或不完整導致無法收到禮品，OneDegree 恕不負責。
(iii) 禮品無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。
(iv) 如果禮品供應有變，OneDegree 將以同等價值的同類貨品代替，恕不另行通知。
(v) 有關禮品之使用須受禮品供應商（香港寵物節 2026）所定之條款及細則約束 。一切有關禮品之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡禮品供應商。
3. 個人信息
(i) 個人信息的收集：參加本推廣即視為參加者同意收集其個人信息，包括但不限於姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址及郵寄地址 。
(ii) 收集目的及分享：收集的個人信息僅用於與本推廣相關的用途。OneDegree 亦可能將匿名數據用於分析及報告用途 。獲參加本推廣即表示同意 OneDegree 以此目的收集及處理其個人資料。
(iii) 存儲及保留：個人信息將安全存儲，並僅保留至完成此活動相關用途或符合適用法律及規例的要求為止 。個人信息不再需要時將安全刪除或匿名化。
(iv) 參加者權利：參加者有權要求： a. 訪問OneDegree所持的個人資料； b. 糾正不準確或不完整的資料； c. 撤回對其個人資料使用的同意。以上程序可通過發送電子郵件至OneDegree的私隱保障聯絡主任（dpo@onedegree.hk）進行，並清楚說明目的或問題，私隱保障聯絡主任將儘快回覆。參加者應注意，撤回同意可能導致失去參加本推廣資格。
(v) 條款修改：OneDegree保留隨時更改或更新相關個人信息條款的權利，無需事先通知。更改或更新內容將通過OneDegree的網站或書面形式（可能包括電子格式）通知參加者，並在發布後立即生效。
4. 修改及終止
(i) OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止本推廣之權利，無需另行通知，並對本推廣相關之所有事宜或爭議以及本條款及細則的解釋擁有最終決定權 。
5. 中英文版本的差異
(ii) 如本條款及細則之英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，應以英文版本為準 。
6. 適用法律
(iii) 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋 。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄 。
Terms and Conditions for “OneDegree Gives You 50 Tickets to Hong Kong Pet Show 2026” (“Terms and Conditions”)
“OneDegree Gives You 50 Tickets to Hong Kong Pet Show 2026” (“the Promotion”) is organized by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”). The Promotion is valid from now until 23:59 on 21 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
1. Eligibility and Prize
(i) Participants must join OneDegree’s official Instagram Broadcast Channel (“Broadcast Channel”).
(ii) By filling out the form (the ‘Form’) during the Promotion Period through the registration link announced in the Broadcast Channel at 8:00 PM on 17 January 2026.
(iii) OneDegree will select 25 participants who have joined the Broadcast Channel and are among the first to complete the Form as the winners (the ‘Winners’).
(iv) Each Winner will receive two (2) complimentary ticket vouchers for “Hong Kong Pet Show 2026” (“the Prize”).
(v) Any failure to meet any criteria and/or requirements mentioned in these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
2. Prize Distribution
(i) OneDegree will mail the complimentary ticket vouchers to winners starting from 22 January 2026.
(ii) OneDegree shall not be responsible for any failure to receive the Prize due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Winner.
(iii) The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services under any circumstances.
(iv) OneDegree reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal value in the event of supply changes without prior notice.
(v) The use of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions set by the supplier (Hong Kong Pet Show 2026). Any inquiries or disputes regarding the Prize should be directed to the supplier.
3. Personal Data
(i) Collection of Personal Data: By participating, participants consent to the collection of personal data including but not limited to name, contact number, email address, and mailing address.
(ii) Purpose and Sharing: Personal data will be used solely for purposes related to the Promotion. Anonymous data may also be used by OneDegree for analysis and reporting.By participating, participants consent to OneDegree collecting and processing their peronal data for this purpose.
(iii) Storage and Retention: Personal data will be securely stored and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes or comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
(iv) Participant Rights: Participants have the right to: a. Access their personal data held by OneDegree; b. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; c. Withdraw consent for personal data usage. Requests must be submitted OneDegree’s Data Protection Liaison Officer at dpo@onedegree.hk , with clear purpose or questions stated. The Data Protection Officer will respond as soon as possible. Withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
Amendments to Terms: OneDegree reserves the right to modify or update personal data terms without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or via written notice.
4. Amendments and Termination
OneDegree reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, and retains the final decision-making authority on all matters or disputes related to the Promotion and the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions.5. Language Discrepancies
In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
