【聖誕送暖】雙倍愛心！OneDegree支援愛協助大埔宏福苑受影響寵物及其他待家毛孩

每年聖誕OneDegree都會舉辦一個慈善活動，希望可以幫助有需要的動物慈善團體，令有需要的毛孩受惠。在今個聖誕節，讓我們繼續將愛延伸。

聖誕本應是普世歡騰、與摯愛共聚的節日，但對於早前大埔宏福苑火災事故中受影響的毛孩與家庭來說，這個冬天卻格外寒冷。今年冬天，一場突如其來的嚴重火災，令許多家庭、寵主和毛孩失去了原本溫暖的家、甚至愛及倚靠。原居民前景未明，不少受影響毛孩亦需要大家後續的支援。

OneDegree一直密切關注事態發展，決定在這個充滿愛的節日發起「聖誕月愛延伸 ‧ 義賣捐獻：齊助宏福苑受影響寵物及待家動物企劃」，支援香港愛護動物協會（愛協）。愛協自宏福苑火災事故發生起，一直駐守大埔現場，與其他團體及前線人員合作，為獲救動物進行分流及治療、協助尋回動物讓其與主人團聚，並倡導安全及人道的動物拯救行動。

OneDegree希望集合大家的力量，為受宏福苑火災影響的毛孩及愛協中心內其他待家毛孩，送上最實質的支援。

1. 「聖誕月愛延伸 ‧ 義賣捐獻：齊助宏福苑受影響寵物及待家動物企劃」為限時推廣活動（本推廣），推廣期由即日起至2025年12月31日（「推廣期」）。所有OneDegree x HELLO KITTY寵物床（「產品」）訂單必須在推廣期內成功提交，方可享有豁免運費優惠（本推廣優惠」）。 

• OneDegree 寵物百貨：寵物床將會安排運送到閣下指定的收貨地址。 
• OneDegree攤位活動中現場購買：若在活動現場使用網上商店系統購買，貨品將會即場派發，數量有限，如現場存貨售罄，寵物床將於稍後按閣下訂單提供的地址安排運送。 
• 一般情況下，我們將於確認訂單後翌日起計的10-14個工作天內安排送貨（星期六、日及公眾假期除外）。 

2. 推廣期內，本推廣銷售的OneDegree x HELLO KITTY寵物床所籌得之全數營業額（不扣除任何成本），將全數乘以二倍後捐贈予香港愛護動物協會。 
3. OneDegree 寵物百貨及OneDegree攤位活動中示的產品圖片只供參考。OneDegree 將會盡力確保產品圖片像真及資料準確，但並不就資訊的準確性、產品質素或就產品是否適合作任何特定用途作任何保證。OneDegree 有權不時更改本網頁的資訊而無須作任何事前通知。  
4. 本推廣的所有銷售只接受 OneDegree 寵物百貨上商店平台上所提供的付款方式。網上商店或攤位活動現場均不接受現金付款。  
5. 本推廣之銷售屬義賣性質乃屬貨品交易而非直接慈善捐款，因此不可獲發香港特別行政區政府認可的免稅捐款收據。 
6. 一旦透過OneDegree 寵物百貨提交訂單，閣下將會透過電郵收到訂單確認通知。所有訂單不可取消或更改。 
7. 所有已售出之產品均不設退款及退換。 
8. 產品由個別供應商製造及提供。任何人士若因不正確或不當使用產品而導致任何程度的損失、意外或敏感，OneDegree 將不直接或間接承擔任何責任或索償。

OneDegree Christmas Love Extension: Aid for Wang Fuk Court ‘s Affected Pets and SPCA Rescues Terms and Conditions

1.  “OneDegree Christmas Love Extension: Aid for Wang Fuk Court ‘s Affected Pets and SPCA Rescues ” (“Promotion”) is a limited-time offer valid from now to December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All orders of OneDegree x HELLO KITTY Limited Edition Pet Bed (the “Product”) must be successfully placed within this Promotion Period to be eligible for the Free shipping offer (“Promotion Offer”). 

• OneDegree Pet Mart Online Purchases: The bed will be shipped to the address provided in your order. 
• Roadshow Event Purchases: If purchased via the online interface at the event, the Product will be handed over to you immediately at the event location, subject to on-site stock availability. If on-site stock runs out, the bed will be shipped subsequently to the address provided in your order. 
• Under normal circumstances, we will arrange delivery for online orders within 10-14 working days from the next day after confirming the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). 

2. OneDegree will donate an amount equivalent to double the full gross sales proceeds (without deduction of any costs) from the sale of the “OneDegree × HELLO KITTY Limited Edition Pet Bed” during the Promotion Period to The Hong Kong Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. 
3. Images of the Product displayed on this OneDegree Pet Mart and at the roadshow event are for reference only. OneDegree will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the image quality and accuracy of Product information. However, OneDegree does not provide any guarantee regarding the accuracy of the information, the quality of the Products, or the suitability of the Products for any particular purpose. OneDegree reserves the right to make changes to the information on this webpage from time to time without providing any prior notification. 
4. Only the payment methods available and accepted by the OneDegree Pet Mart are valid for this Promotion. Cash payments will not be accepted at the online store or the roadshow event. 
5. All sales conducted as part of this Promotion are charitable in nature but constitute the sale of goods, not a direct charitable donation. As such, no tax-deductible donation receipts can be issued to the purchaser in accordance with HKSAR tax regulations. 
6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon placement of an order via OneDegree Pet Mart . Once an order is submitted, no cancellation or amendment can be made. 
7. All sold Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  
8. The Products are manufactured and provided by a third-party supplier. OneDegree shall not be responsible for any incidents caused by incorrect or improper use of the Products, or any allergy or loss incurred from the use of the Products.

10. OneDegree’s decision on matters relating to this Promotion is final.   
11. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.  
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
