OneDegree火險轉會保費回贈推廣優惠之條款及細則 Terms and Conditions For Fire Insurance Transfer Premium Rebate Promotional Offer

條款及細則：   

1. 本推廣 (「本推廣」)優惠 (「本推廣優惠」) 的有效日期為收到由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (「OneDegree」) 發送之火險轉會保費回贈 獨家優惠碼(「指定優惠碼」) 起計180日內 (「推廣期」)。  若參與本推廣，表示你已經同意此條款及細則。   
2. 本推廣優惠只適用於符合以下所有條件之投保人士，及被視為合資格投保人(「合資格投保人」)以享用20%首年保費回贈(不包括保費徵費)  (「保費回贈」)作為本推廣優惠： 
     
   i) 現時並未持有有效的由OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) 承保的OneDegree火險保單(「OneDegree火險」)的全新客戶，以及投保日起計之過去3個月未曾持有有效的 OneDegree火險的投保人。
          
   ii) 持有在其他香港公司購買的火險保單並轉會至OneDegree火險之投保人；   
   
   iii) 投保人必須在2025年3月31日前填妥火險轉會保費回贈 獨家優惠碼領取登記表格；  
   
   iv) 投保人必須在推廣期內通過輸入指定優惠碼成功購買OneDegree火險;  
   
   v) 投保人在購買OneDegree火險後，必須填寫OneDegree （marketing@onedegree.hk）發送的電郵中鏈接的火險轉會保費回贈登記表格，並在收到電郵7日內回答與轉會相關的問題及提供相關的轉會證明文件；    
   
   vi) 投保人的OneDegree火險保單必須在投保日起計的第4個月及在發放保費回贈時仍然生效；  
3. 任何未能滿足本條款及細則中提及的任何標準及/或要求將導致喪失本推廣優惠，並且不會安排任何退款。  
4. 保費回贈將於投保後第2個月存入合資格投保人於投保時登記的信用卡戶口。
5. 若投保人在保單年度取消相關保單，OneDegree有權於應退保費中扣除有關保費回贈而毋須另行通知。    
6. 本推廣優惠不能和其他優惠同時使用。    
7. 有關OneDegree火險的保障範圍、條款細則及不保事項，請查閱保單條款以了解更多。   
8. OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止本推廣之權利，並對本推廣相關之所有事宜或爭議以及條款和條件的解釋擁有最終決定權。   
9. 此條款及細則中英文版之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版為準。 
10. 此條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄。

Terms and conditions:    

1. This promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”)  of this promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for 180 days from receiving the Exclusive Promo Code for Fire Insurance Transfer Premium Rebate (“Designated Promo Code”) sent by  OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) (“Promotion Period”).  By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 
2. The Promotional Offer is only applicable to policyholders who meet all the following conditions, and are considered as eligible policyholders (“Eligible Policyholders “) to enjoy a 20% first-year premium rebate (excluding premium levies) (“Premium Rebate”) as the Promotional Offer:  
   
   i) New customers who do not currently hold a valid OneDegree- fire insurance policy (“OneDegree Fire Insurance”), underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) and policyholders who have not held a valid OneDegree Fire Insurance in the past 3 months from the date of insurance application.
   
   ii) The policyholder  must transfer an existing fire insurance policy from another company within Hong Kong to OneDegree;  
   
   iii)  The policyholder must complete the registration form for the Exclusive Promo Code for Fire Insurance Transfer Premium Rebate by March 31, 2025 
   
   iv) The policyholders must successfully purchase OneDegree Fire Insurance by entering the Designated Promo Code within the Promotion Period. 
   
   v) The policyholder must fill out the “Fire Insurance Transfer Premium Rebate Registration Form” linked in the email sent from OneDegree (marketing@onedegree.hk) after purchasing the OneDegree Fire Insurance and answer questions related to the transfer and provide relevant proof of the transfer to the satisfaction of OneDegree  within 7 days of receiving the email.;   
   
   vi) The policyholder’s OneDegree Fire Policy must be effective at the 4th month after the application date of the policy and at the payment date of Premium Rebate;  

3. Any failure in fulfilling any criteria and/or requirements mentioned in this Terms and Conditions will result in loss of the Promotional Offers, and no refunds shall be arranged afterwards.  
4. The Premium Rebate will be credited to Eligible Policyholder’s registered credit card account in the 2nd month counted from enrolment date of the relevant OneDegree Fire Insurance. 
5. If the applicant cancels the relevant OneDegree Fire Insurance during the policy term, OneDegree reserves the right to deduct the Premium Rebate from any premium refund. 
6. The Promotional Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
7. For details of coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions of OneDegree Fire Insurance, please refer to the policy wordings. 
8. OneDegree may amend and/ or terminate this Promotion without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of  Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding. 
9. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
