OneDegree 手機應用程式「陪胖日記」下載活動條款及細則

本推廣(「本推廣」)的有效日期為即日起至2025年6月30日 (「推廣期」) 。
過去3個月未曾下載「陪胖日記」應用程式之參加者，於推廣期下載該應用程式，註冊成為會員並填寫指定登記表格（「指定登記表格」），方可成為合資格獲獎人士（「合資格獲獎人士」），免費獲得由Pets Central 提供的免費獸醫基本體檢服務乙次 (「禮品」或「本推廣優惠」)。
合資格獲獎人士的個人資料有可能會與特定第三方合作夥伴分享，僅限於進行身份驗證以完成禮品兌換。參加本推廣即表示同意OneDegree以此目的收集、處理及移轉其個人資料。
合資格獲獎人士將於2025 年 8月31日或之前通過在填寫指定登記表格時提交的電郵收到禮品換領信（「換領信」），如因參加者所提供的資料錯誤或不完整導致無法成功收取換領信，OneDegree恕不負責。禮品的實際領取日期可能會因禮品供貨安排而作出調整。如果禮品供應有變，OneDegree將以同等價值的同類貨品代替，恕不另行通知。
合資格獲獎人士須於換領信的指定換領日期內憑換領信到指定換領地點方兌換禮品。換領信不得轉讓，若因未有遵從指示而導致未能換領禮品，將不獲任何退款安排。       
禮品及換領信無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。         
有關禮品之使用須受禮品供應商所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關禮品之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡禮品供應商。
任何未能滿足本條款及細則中提及的任何標準及/或要求將導致喪失本推廣優惠，並且不會安排任何退款。
OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止本推廣之權利，並對本推廣相關之所有事宜或爭議以及條款和條件的解釋擁有最終決定權。              
此條款及細則中英文版之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版為準。   
此條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港特區」）法例約束，並須按香港特區法例詮釋。任何有關的爭議須受香港特區法庭之非專屬司法管轄權所管轄。

This promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from now until 30 Jun 2025 (“Promotion Period”).           
Participants who have not downloaded the “PawBook” app in the past three months shall be deemed as Eligible Winners (“Eligible Winners”) to receive one free basic veterinary check-up service provided by Pets Central (the “Reward” or “Promotion Offer”) if they download the app during the Promotion Period, register as a member, and fill in the specific registration form (the ” Specific Registration Form “).
The Eligible Winners’ personal information may be shared with specific third-party partners solely for the purpose of identity verification to facilitate reward redemption. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Winners agree to the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data by OneDegree for this purpose.
Eligible Winners will receive a reward redemption letter (the “Redemption Letter”) via the email submitted on the Specific Registration Form by August 31, 2025, or earlier. OneDegree is not responsible for any failure to receive the Redemption Letter due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant. The actual date of the reward collection may be adjusted based on reward supply arrangements. If there are changes in reward availability, OneDegree will substitute it with a similar item of equal value without further notice.
Eligible Winners must redeem their Reward within the specified redemption period at the designated redemption location by presenting the Redemption Letter. Any failure in doing so will result in loss of Reward and no refund shall be arranged afterwards.
The Reward and Redemption Letter cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products or services under any circumstances.        
The Reward is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Reward supplier. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the Reward, the Eligible Winners should contact the Reward supplier directly.
Failure to meet any criteria and/or requirements mentioned in these Terms and Conditions will result in the loss of the Promotion Offer, and no refund will be arranged.
OneDegree may amend and/ or terminate this Promotion without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.  
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.      
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”); and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
