條款及細則 Terms and Conditions

1. 本推廣適用於 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited （「OneDegree」）的現有保單持有人（「現有保單持有人」）。現有保單持有人透過OneDegree指定網頁成功向經絡集團(香港)有限公司（「經絡按揭轉介」）遞交按揭轉介服務申請並填寫禮品登記表格，即可享 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (「OneDegree」) 送出之家居保險保單高達港幣800元保費回贈優惠（「保費回贈」）及港幣300元百佳超級市場現金券（「現金券」），若因未有透過經指定網頁申請及填寫禮品登記表格致未能享用優惠，申請人將不獲任何退款安排。 
2. 按照上述指示成功申請按揭轉介服務的合資格人士 (「合資格人士」)將於遞交禮品登記表格起一星期後通過電郵收到家居保險保費回贈優惠之連結和優惠碼。每個保費回贈優惠碼只能使用一次。   
3. 此保費回贈只適用於現時並未持有有效的OneDegree家居保險保單的全新客戶，以及現時投保日起計之過去3個月未曾持有有效的 OneDegree 家居保險保單的申請人。 
4. 合資格人士須於收到保費回贈優惠碼電郵通知一個月內(「指定投保日期」)若因未有遵從指示而導致未能享用優惠，將不獲任何退款安排。  
5. 如所選擇之家居保險計劃年度保費(不包括保險徵費)不足港幣800元 ，保費回贈的金額則會與年度保費相同。  
6. 保費回贈將於家居保險投保日3個月後存入合資格人士於投保時登記的信用卡戶口，唯在發放回贈時家居保險保單仍為有效。   
7. 若合資格人士在首個保單年度取消家居保險保單，OneDegree將於應退保費中扣除保費回贈之價值(高達港幣800元)。   
8. 此優惠不能和其他優惠同時使用。  
9. 所有凡於推廣期內透過OneDegree指定網頁成功向經絡按揭轉介按揭轉介服務申請並已填寫禮品登記表格，且經轉介提取按揭貸款的合資格人士，會於提取按揭貸款起2個月內會通過電郵收到現金券的領取網址，如因合資格人士所提供的資料錯誤或不完整導致無法成功收取領取現金券領取安排郵件，OneDegree恕不負責。現金券的實際領取日期可能會因獎品供貨安排而作出調整 。如果現金券出現貨品如供應有變，OneDegree 將以同等價值的同類貨品代替。    
10. 現金券無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。  
11. 有關現金券之使用須受超市現金券供應商所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關現金券之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡超市現金券供應商。     
12. 有關按揭轉介之使用須受經絡按揭轉介所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關按揭轉介之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡經絡按揭轉介。OneDegree並不會對經絡按揭轉介提供的服務作出任何保證，或對於使用其服務時所構成的後果負責。      
13. OneDegree 保留隨時更改此推廣之權利，並對此推廣相關之所有事宜擁有最終決定權。      
14. 條款及細則中英文版之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版為準。  

1. This promotion is applicable for the Existing Policyholder (“Existing Policyholder”) of OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (”OneDegree”). Existing Policyholders who submit mortgage application on mReferral Corporation (HK) Limited (“mReferral”) through OneDegree designated website and complete the reward registration form can enjoy up to HKD800 premium rebate on Home Insurance (“Premium Rebate ”), underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited, and HKD300 ParknShop Supermarket eGift voucher (“Voucher”). Any failure in doing so will result in loss of Voucher and no refund shall be arranged afterwards.
2. An eligible recipient who successfully submit mReferral mortgage referral application following the instruction above(“Eligible Recipient”) will receive an email with a designated link and a unique redemption code (“Redemption Code”) for application of Home Insurance via the email address provided in the reward registration form 1 week after the submission date of the form. Each Redemption Code can only be used once.   
3. Only the applicants who do not currently hold any effective Home Insurance policy (ies) and have not held any effective Home Insurance Policy(ies) in the past 3 months from the date of submission of the reward registration form are eligible for this Premium Rebate promotion. 
4. To enjoy the Premium Rebate, Eligible Premium Rebate Recipient must complete Home Insurance application on the designated landing page with the Redemption Code within a month after the date of email (“Redemption Period”). Any failure in doing so will result in loss of Premium Rebate and no refund shall be arranged afterwards. 
5. If the annual premium (excluding levy) of the chosen Home Insurance is under HKD 800, the amount of Premium Rebate shall be equal to the annual premium.   
6. The Premium Rebate will be credited to Eligible Premium Rebate Recipient’s registered credit card account 3 months after the Home Insurance policy application date, provided that the  Home Insurance policies are still effective on the payment date of Premium Rebate.  
7. If Eligible Premium Rebate Recipient cancels the Home Insurance policy during the first policy year, OneDegree shall deduct the value of Premium Rebate (i.e. up to HKD 800) from any premium refund payable.   
8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. 
9. The Voucher will be issued within 2 months after successful referral and mortgage drawdown. Eligible recipients will receive an email to retrieve the redemption link to the Reward. Eligible recipients should ensure that their email address is provided accurately in the reward registration form, or they will not be able to receive the redemption link.  Actual reward collection date may vary as it is subject to stock availability. OneDegree is not responsible for any delivery failure due to errors or missing information in the email address provided. All Vochur is subject to availability and any restriction may apply as to where and when the Vochur may be redeemed. OneDegree reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a similar item of equal value at any time without notice prior to that item being redeemed.  
10. The Voucher cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products or services under any circumstances.   
11. The Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supermarket voucher supplier. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the Voucher, customers should contact the supermarket voucher supplier directly.    
12. The mortgage referral service is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by mReferral. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the mortgage referral service, customers should contact mReferral directly.  OneDegree gives no guarantee to mReferral, or does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the use of the services provided by mReferral. 
13. All matters or disputes in relation to this promotion and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.  
14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
