  • Customers must allow OneDegree to provide their contact information to the merchants for arranging the delivery service via the third-party logistics company.   • Products shall be delivered to the customer’s provided shipping address by Karcher Limited ("Merchant").
  • Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories). Delivery service is not applicable to outlying islands (certain areas of Tung Chung are excluded) and remote areas.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on individual merchants’ shipping schedule, generally, products shall be shipped to the customer's provided delivery address within approximately 7 working days from the issuance of the "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice email" However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, adverse weather, public holidays, and other special circumstances.
  • If the customer provides incorrect delivery information, or if the logistics company is unable to contact the customer multiple times, or if the customer refuses delivery, resulting in the product being returned to the Merchant, Merchant may arrange re-delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. OneDegree shall not be held responsible.
  • Merchant offers a 24-month self-carry warranty service for non-human damage, starting from the issue date of "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice". Maintenance does not include consumables such as filters, brushes, hoses, batteries, cloths, and other normal wear-and-tear accessories.  The warranty period will not be extended or renewed for any repaired or replaced parts or products.
  • Customers must present the "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice" issued by OneDegree via email as the proof of purchase to enjoy warranty service. If the customer fails to provide this or if the information is incomplete, Merchant will refuse to provide maintenance services. For any inquiries regarding product maintenance, please WhatsApp Karcher Limited customer service hotline 5442 8073 (Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6pm, closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. ).
  • Customers must agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact information for Merchant to arrange delivery of products. Merchant will contact the customer before delivery to confirm arrangements. If the customer needs to change delivery details, please contact Karcher Limited customer service via  WhatsApp 5442 8073 (Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6pm, closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
  • In case of any disputes, Karcher Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Terms and Conditions (“This Terms and Conditions”)

  1. This Offer is only applicable to policyholders with effective insurance policies underwritten by OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (“OneDegree”) (“Policyholder”), or successfully registered OneDegree members (“Members”). Collectively referred to as “Customers.”
  2. For orders below HK$500 (per transaction), an additional HK$50 delivery fee will be charged. For orders of HK$500 or above (per transaction), delivery is free. Free delivery applies only to standard local delivery areas: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. It does not apply to outlying islands or remote areas.
  3. Products in the OneDegree Pet Store are limited in quantity and available while stocks last.
  4. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Customers agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact details with merchants for third-party logistics arrangements. By participating in this promotion, Customers consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data for this purpose. After successful payment, OneDegree will send an “Order Confirmation” email. Products are generally delivered within 14 working days from the date of the confirmation email. The logistics company will contact the Customer prior to delivery. OneDegree is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer.
  5. Delivery times may vary depending on the merchant’s shipping schedule. Customers should refer to individual product pages for specific delivery details. Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, or other special circumstances.
  6. This Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other OneDegree promotions.
  7. OneDegree is not the supplier of the products or services and assumes no responsibility for them. The merchant is solely responsible for product quality and delivery arrangements. For inquiries, feedback, or complaints regarding products or services, please contact the merchant directly. Any issues related to sales, claims, or contractual disputes are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
  8. OneDegree reserves the right to amend or cancel this Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, OneDegree’s decision shall be final.
  9. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”). Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the HKSAR courts.
