Reimbursement rate

Reimbursement rate is the percentage of a bill the insurance company will pay, given the expenses are covered by the policy.

Why it matters:

Reimbursement rate for our pet insurance Pawfect Care is 90% for network clinics and 70% for non-network clinics. Let's say your cat needs to have bladder stones removed and the surgery costs HKD 5,000. If your kitty has a policy with us and visit one of our network clinics, we will cover HKD 4,500, or 90% of the bill.
