Why is there a pending payment to OneDegree on my credit card records?

After you purchase a policy, you may see a pending transaction on your credit card statement. We will request an authorization for the payment, but we won’t charge your card until 7 days later. That’s because we allow full refunds within 7 days of purchasing a policy. You might receive another transaction notification from your bank when the payment has completed. Don’t worry – this does not mean you were charged twice.
